Highly recommend this tour and going on the first morning time slot. This way we got to watch (and smell!) the entire process of making the cheese, not just viewing the warehouse where thousands of wheels are stored. Fabiola was a perfect guide and also facilitated our transition to the Parma ham tour that afternoon.

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
