The guide was very knowledgeable and professional. The size of the group was perfect. The information was very interesting and it was great to see the production from start to finish.
Reviews: From Parma: Parmigiano and Parma Ham Guided Food Tour
Guest User2026-05-17
This is an excellent tour which we’d highly recommend. Mattea was a great guide - funny & knowledgable. Saw in depth processes of making both parmigiana reggiano and prosciutto ham and it was fascinating. Would definitely recommend this trip if you’re in this area. Learnt loads and was really engaged throughout.

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
