The tour was very interesting and good. It's worth coming early because then you can see the entire cheese production process. The shuttle was about fifteen minutes late. Our guide was very nice but his English was not clear and we didn't understand everything.

Excellent! Our Italian guide was perfect!! A passionate guide!! We were very happy with both the Parmigiano and Parma ham activities and enjoyed both the explanation and the tasting! I think the explanation of the meeting point at Parma Train Station could be better. It took us a while to figure out that we had to go down to level -2 of the station.

Really lovely guide and plenty of room for all the tour group. Very informative in an interesting way, especially how important the naming of products is. Great to be able to taste the difference in cheese and vinegars. Easy to purchase well-priced quality produce. One suggestion for the Parma ham tasting would be to have 2 different aged hams (the one we did try was lovely).
