I went on a trip to Penang and Cameron Highlands and installing the e-sim was very easy. The signal was good and I could use social media without any problems. After the trip, I could just delete the SIM card. 👍🏻

We found the location at the airport immediately based on the description. It's very conveniently located along the passenger flow. The staff was very attentive and responsive, and we're very grateful for that. The only thing that could be improved is providing the location of the AIS offices so we don't have to search for them if necessary.
