Mr. Li Donghua, the tour guide mentioned by Xiucai, provided thoughtful and meticulous service, ensuring a smooth tour of the Forbidden City despite the rain and saving us a lot of trouble. His rich explanations of history and culture were perfectly integrated into every exhibit, keeping us thoroughly entertained. This sim works but it really lags and sometimes load very slow. I am able to use Alipay and DiDi app though its slow. If I tried to watch thumbnail videos on YouTube it plays then spins then plays again. As for making voice calls on WhatsApp, its no good because the call keeps freezing and reconnecting and the signal is too poor. I will not buy again, as Trip.com has better options.★

Good reception at the airports of Shanghai and Bangkok. In Japan, I used the eSIM a lot when I did not have Wi-Fi. Mostly good reception; the map only occasionally didn't work. However, overall, it was good, useful, and easy to use. I highly recommend it. I will buy it again.★

Absolutely delightful. I bought it for Turkey. The connection was simple; I connected to Turkcell myself. The signal was great everywhere, and the internet was stable. It lasted more than a week. One downside: I never received a confirmation SMS for my travel card, but we solved the problem another way. SMS was included in the package, though. The number was French, and they called several times.
