It only says to meet 30 minutes beforehand. What time exactly is 30 minutes before? They should clearly state the meeting time. Also, while the ride costs 170,000 dong (1000 yen) locally, booking through Trip.com resulted in paying over 1500 yen. It's a misconception that everything is cheaper through Trip.com. Be careful!
