Since we arrived quite late, the food selection was limited, but the chef kept restocking, so there was no need to worry about running out of food. It was a bit noisy at first, but after some people left, it became more comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was quite comfortable. There's a 30-minute shower available; you can request one at the counter!

I purchased a single fast track service but didn’t realize that the entry and exit fast tracks are different, so I accidentally bought the wrong one. The staff was extremely helpful and made the process very easy for me. I only needed to add 280,000 VND, and she personally guided me all the way to the gate. Excellent service and very kind assistance. Highly recommended.

After a long flight from Auckland and facing a 9 hour wait at Hong Kong airport for the next flight to Amsterdam, this was very welcome! A quiet retreat with shower, massage, great food and relaxing chairs.

The service lady and the handsome guy are both beautiful and kind-hearted, and the boss is also generous and easy to communicate with. The service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, and the free explanations along the way make the elderly happy. It is worth recommending.
