I was completely blown away by my first experience! The quality is worth the price, and you can feel the care put into every detail. The customer service was also excellent, and they were very patient in answering my questions. Overall, it was a perfect shopping experience, and I'll definitely choose this store first next time I need something!

Our trip started in Taiwan then mainland then HK then Taiwan. The connection had been smooth for almost all time. The only unpleasant exception happened in the inspection building of our entry port to mainland where we needed it most to complete our entry registration online but the signal was so weak that we had to use local WiFi. With that said I would still use it next time because how easy it was to download and install the eSIM and use it all the way through our trip.


