Seeing the city from the water was great. The drinks and snacks were unlimited as advertised. The staff were friendly and had high energy. The symphony of lights is underwhelming. Save some money and don’t book the symphony of lights time.

It was very punctual and convenient. I bought Trip.com on my way to Hong Kong Station, which meant I already had a QR code, so I could use it when I entered the station. It was very convenient, and I could check in at Hong Kong Station and check my luggage immediately. Compared to having to check in my luggage at the airport, the whole trip was much more comfortable, and I didn't have to carry my luggage around.
