I booked in advance and got a good deal. You need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time to get your ticket! If you are late, you won't be able to use the QR code and will have to repurchase it there. Seats are assigned near the entrance after you get your ticket! Make sure to book in advance to save money~

Everything was great, we managed to buy tickets right before the entrance, and they even let us onto another flight, an hour earlier.

Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)

Octopus is great for transportation, it is also easiest for all payments. Therefore suggest topping up. HKD50 finishes fast. Hong Kong still cash and Octopus. Higher end places will accept Credit Card. Higher end only.

A very convenient service. We left the baggage claim area and immediately saw the counter where we could pick up our card. We picked it up in two minutes and were on our way.
