I booked in advance and got a good deal. You need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time to get your ticket! If you are late, you won't be able to use the QR code and will have to repurchase it there. Seats are assigned near the entrance after you get your ticket! Make sure to book in advance to save money~

Everything was great, we managed to buy tickets right before the entrance, and they even let us onto another flight, an hour earlier.

The ticket was processed quickly, but we missed our scheduled time. Trip.com only offers one time slot from our hotel. The ticket expired, and they didn't refund or reschedule it (but this is stated in the terms and conditions, so we have no complaints). We had to buy a new ticket at the hotel reception, near the bus stop. The ticket price was the same, and buses departed every 30 minutes. So there's no point in buying it in advance. You can just show up at the bus stop and buy it 🤗

I booked first class; it's a bit more expensive, but well worth it. You'll be escorted straight to the second floor. The journey will be quiet, with snacks and coffee. Drinks are available. All amenities are on the same floor. You're let out first, which is very convenient.
