The guide showed respect and knowledge. The guided tour was interesting, but the guide gave wrong instructions about the boat trip. We ended up missing our ship, because the actual pier was about 1.3 km from the spot specified by the guide.★

Peter was awesome. Great info to start the self-guided tour. Super informative. But he went above and beyond. He later saw me alone in one of the synagogues and offered to have me join his tour group. I learned much more from him than the audio guide. I would suggest to others to book the actual small group tour and ask for Peter. He gave a lot more info than what was in the audio guide and made it entertaining. After my 12th day of traveling everything was blurring together and he def made it interesting! Thanks Peter! He made me feel welcomed in the city too!★

our tour had to be cancelled last minute because they made a scheduling mistake (because of the jewish holidays the sites were closed). they offered to find a guide to take us out of schedule 2 days later after our morning tour. Jaroslava was our guide. she was absolutely brilliant, super knowledgeable about all aspects of this tour, but other topics as well and made sure we understood everything. it was basically a private tour just for us two. i would recommend this tour company. they are very friendly. make sure you get Jaroslava as your guide!!★
