Product Description
Epidemic prevention notice: During the pandemic, passengers must wear masks (please bring your own) when taking the Hong Kong-Macao Express. Drivers reserve the right to deny boarding to passengers who fail to wear masks.
[Booking Instructions] Select the corresponding pick-up point and drop-off point when placing your order, and choose the corresponding departure time (train schedules are divided into Monday to Friday and Saturday to Sunday, please select the time slot for the corresponding date).
1. Please arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes in advance. Show your QR code or provide your ticket number to the on-site staff, who will print your boarding pass for you (the pass will display your seat number, which is randomly assigned by the system and cannot be specified).
2. The ticket is only valid for the scheduled service on the same day. Passengers must board at the designated location and date specified on the ticket. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and the ticket will become void if not used by the expiration date.
3. Passengers should keep their tickets (tickets will be inspected again when reboarding after customs clearance, and lost tickets must be repurchased).
4. Passengers must ensure they carry valid transit documents when boarding. If a passenger's travel documents are invalid or lost, to avoid affecting other passengers, the Hong Kong-Macau Express company reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued.
Cross-border vehicles waiting for passengers to clear customs are limited to 20 minutes.
Passenger A will not be waited for if delayed by customs inspection.
If you miss the customs clearance deadline, you may be accommodated on the next available departure time slot if seats are available, or you may be advised to use other transportation at your own expense.
C Hong Kong-Macau Express will not be held liable for any responsibility.
6. You must present the confirmation email for use. If you present the Trip.com SMS instead, the ticket will be invalid and cannot be used, nor can you request a refund for this reason.
