I booked here because they gave me a discount coupon. I highly recommend it. It's a great option for a day trip to Macau. There's no real difference compared to other platforms, so just go with the cheaper option.

The First Class seats were absolutely fabulous. The seats were clean and spacious. The snacks and beverages served were very good too. Staff were friendly and attentive. We will certainly be booking again when we return to Macau next year with even more family members.

Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)

I used it to go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. Since my destination was Nanshan District, I took the bus to the Shenzhen Port. It's a little more expensive than the subway, but the advantage is that you can always get a seat.


