Place was great, service excellent. Price is on the higher end but you get what you pay for. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and delicious. Vuong the bell boy was helpful in helping us get around and went above and beyond. Would definitely return to stay next time

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor. the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern. the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

The rooms were impeccably designed, offering luxurious comfort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail, from the vintage-inspired decor to the plush bedding, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The service was outstanding—staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining at Chic Restaurant was another highlight, with an exquisite selection of French and Vietnamese cuisine that delighted my taste buds. The indoor heated pool and spa provided the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. Overall, Hotel de la Coupole exceeded my expectations in every way. Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

Negative Points -Sound Proofing Is Bad as only 27 rooms available, able to hear in-house guest quarreling very loudly at night -Aircon not cold, servicing require.

It was a wonderful stay at DelaSol. We have booked a mountain view room with balcony and the view was stunning and breath taking. There was complimentary afternoon tea for us, we will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Sapa again.

On the day of check-in, I took an overnight bus to SAPA and arrived at the hotel very early. The hotel said that the earliest check-in could be 11am, so I waited and freshened up in the lobby. The lobby and restrooms were large, so there was no awkward feeling. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is also next to the lake. It is very safe. It's a ways away from SAPA station and it's quite lively there. Since it rained for several days in August when I stayed in SAPA, I couldn't see the beautiful scenery and sky, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel room was very large, with chairs and tables. The air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. It even turned off automatically when I was sleeping. The room felt very wet, and everything was wet after a night. The breakfast options are okay, hot food would be better, but everything else seems dry.

The room is expensive, the room is tiny. It's modern but the room is so small for this price, it's not worth it. This small room is in Hanoi and Sapa, I only stayed for about 500 during Tet holiday. I'm a business traveler, traveling both domestically and internationally a lot but I swear it's not worth it. Not to mention when booking the room, I chose a room with 1 single bed. When I got the room, they arranged me a tiny room with 2 single beds. And when I asked to change it, they said ”please help me change the room”. Oh, I booked the wrong room, you're going to give me the wrong room, I need your help? The promotional price is still almost 800k. While it doesn't include breakfast, I have to buy an additional 95k/breakfast. Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back. I was going to record a video of the room but I didn't. The only plus point is that it is modern and clean.

The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.

The hotel is clean. There is a miniature landscape area for those who love virtual life to check in. I arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, so I couldn't take any virtual life photos.

The hotel is located opposite the train/bus station. You can take the bus here when traveling to SAPA or Hanoi. There are no shopping malls or parks nearby, and the living facilities are insufficient. I chose this hotel because I had to take a bus to Hanoi the next morning. It is about 3 kilometers to the Red River Port. Fruits are cheap near the port. A coconut costs 25,000 VND. Other places in Lao Cai sell for 30,000 to 35,000 VND. The park in the main city of Lao Cai is beautiful and you can go shopping. There are many shops near the park. I bought a 6-inch pizza from the store, which was delicious.

Very good environment. After all, it is a relatively new hotel in this city. It will open in 2022 with a 4-star rating. It is best to choose a hotel with a higher floor. I really recommend choosing this hotel in this city.

It was my first time staying in Lao Cai, and the woman at the front desk was smiling and the room was very clean. There is also a restaurant and massage facilities on site, and there are markets and places to eat nearby. It was great to be able to see the Song Hong River from the room.

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6～ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!
