The hotel’s facilities were fantastic—from the relaxing spa to the stunning infinity pool, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes to start our day right. If you’re planning to visit Sapa, KK Sapa Hotel is the perfect place to stay. The staff’s hospitality, the stunning ambiance, and the overall experience were simply top-tier. Exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel and you could feel that you’re being treated as a vip guest in this hotel by most staff. We were early before the check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. They pampered us with their hot chocolate welcome drink and offered to let us explore the 7th floor where their Instagrammable swimming pool is located. We accepted n loved it! It was empty as much guests have checked out. We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥 The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳 Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration. We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect for exploring the city.  We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.  We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.  A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

I booked a room with mountain view. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is about 10min walk to Sapa Station. But along the way to sapa station, there are many shops and restaurants.

The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was in perfect condition throughout our stay. The picture online seemed like the balcony is yours. Didn’t realize it’s a shared balcony. The location isn’t that far from the center but going to the homestay was such a struggle for me with a suitcase. You have to go through stairs and it isn’t really friendly with tourists who have lots of stuff especially suitcases cause the stairs is narrow. The bed looks cute on pictures but it’s hard to move around and plug your phone. No bedside table and the curtains need to be changed because it’s torn and I had to tie it and put a chair just so I wouldn’t be seen from outside.

The place is absolutely amazing, it doesn’t get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.

the location just in the front of the sapa lake although it’s in the alley, amazing location only less than a minute for walking to the lake. friendly and helpful owner, nice building with clean room and some room has a spacious size. what i like is there’s a chimney in the lobby area that we can use every night. near to everything in Sapa because Sapa is just a small town.

The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.

I extended my stay. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and appreciate the attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is so refreshing to see a hotel in Hekou that provides all amenities. Evey item, from towels, bedding, and even the napkins have the hotel logo printed on them. This felt like a 5 star hotel at an amazing price. There are many places to eat, especially at nighttime, and the view of the river is fantastic. I am really impressed with this new hotel and I will absolutely be staying again. Foreigners, please note that the outlets are two prong only. I think this is the updated power source in Vietnam. I have added a photo of the power outlet.

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

If you want to eat at the hotel where you stayed for a day before going to Sapa, you have to look around the hotel a lot. There are a lot of general stores, but not enough commercial areas for tourists. The hotel was good.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old and the standard is Samsung. Hygiene: The sanitary environment and bedding are generally not very clean. Environment: There seems to be a bar downstairs and the sound is too loud at night to make it difficult to sleep. Service: The service is quite enthusiastic and the front desk can communicate in Chinese without any barriers. The size of the double bed room I booked was really small. The hot water in the room was hot and cold. I felt that the price was a bit expensive and not very cost-effective.

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!

We came to Laojie to see a friend who booked this hotel room. The house is very clean and the staff here can speak Chinese, very enthusiastic to help us find a friend's house. I am really satisfied with this reservation

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6～ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.
