I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, Stay with Nimman!

Room is well maintained despite being an older hotel. Room is large and cleaning is done daily. Breakfast is excellent. They have halal option as well. Chinese, western cuisine for breakfast. Enjoyed it and didn’t feel bored despite having breakfast for 3 days. Hotel is located near 3 night bazaars, definitely a good location to stay. 7 eleven is opposite the hotel.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights, room was clean and bathrooms was huge and very good and stable hot water. Breakfast buffet was very nice, especially the sticky rice and variety of dishes to match with. Hotel has a huge flower field (sunflowers and other) next to the cafe, serving drinks in the morning and outdoor bbq dining and drinks from the late afternoon. Very fun experience! Hotel also provide shuttle bus services to the city area for free, just need to book in advance. Most of the staffs are also friendly, especially the lady who work in the restaurant who patiently explain the specific Chinese new year buffet package. One downside is that it’s an Lanna style hotel to enjoy layback lifestyle or history building for IG photos. if you are looking for very modern building or swimming pools for sun bathing, you may need to find one within old town or other newer resort. Overall, it’s all the features highlighted on advertisements and very beautiful garden we didn’t expect, will comeback again next time.

The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable. However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability. While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

What a very beautiful place to stay in nature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too. My only negatives would be that the rooms were a bit run down and smelt very damp considering the price we paid for the plunge pool room. Also the plunge pool room doesn’t have much privacy as you can see your neighbours either side and the room above is set back. Also burning season slightly spoilt our trip to Chiang Mai as the air pollution made me have “hay fever” for the entire stay and it got worse the longer we stayed.

Overall, I liked the experience. Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise. The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention. I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service. However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level. Comfortable 👍🏻 Location 👍🏻 Cleanliness 👍🏻 Value 👍🏻 Overall experience 9/10 Breakfast : can be better Service: mostly good, there's room for improvement

Hotel is nice, we booked a deluxe room but would of preferred a room with a balcony, it was abit awkward to get in and out of the bathroom. The pool was nice but there is only 2 loungers. Would not recommend a cocktail from the pool, the guy has 0 idea how to make a cocktail and the one I had made me a little unwell on the evening.. it wasn't only myself, around 8 other people at the pool also did not enjoy there cocktails. But he was a vibe and is good with the customers! The hotel location is ok, but I think if I was to go to Chiang Mai again I would stay further towards the night bazaar.

It is a very warm hotel. They explain in detail the city's landmarks and events, making you feel very warm like at home. Breakfast is also special and has a daily special, and seasonal fruits are also arranged differently every time. And theirs Flower is so pretty too .🌻💕💕💕📸📷

Arrived on a Friday and left on Monday. We stayed here because of its close location to Sunday night market. Very convenient location. Like others have said, there is a school right next door so can be quite loud during the day. I was woken up Monday morning at 8am because of talking heard nearby. Maybe it was from the school? The breakfast is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. I couldn't seem to find any Western tea like English breakfast or earl grey in the whole hotel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. AC worked almost too well 😆 bathtub was wide and deep. One downside was the sink had a very high rim. I could barely wash my face. Husband and I are both shorties so others may not have any trouble.

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!

PpillyangI had a great time and came back. Even now, the time I spent at Larin Balas feels like a dream. I chose this accommodation because I wanted to spend 2 days in the old town and the remaining 2 days comfortably when I arrived in Chiang Mai late at night, and it was a really good choice. We were traveling with 6 children, and each room had a bathroom and toilet, so it was very convenient to use independent spaces, and each room was equipped with a Bluetooth speaker, air purifier, and electronic mosquito swatter. This was so great^^ The dining room where we can gather together has everything we need, and welcome fruit, drinks, ice cream, and coffee capsules are replenished every day. For breakfast, you can choose the restaurant or the room, and they set it up in advance at the appointed time and prepare coffee when you sit down. You can also choose from 10 breakfast menus. We ate very comfortably in the dining room. There were some who said that the food was not that great... Our whole family was satisfied^^ The swimming pool is quite large, so there was no inconvenience at all, and the pool water is turned off from late at night to early in the morning, so you can sleep very quietly. And they refill and clean it frequently... but you can't see anyone~ㅎㅎ They respond to requests faster than anywhere else, and the staff are so very kind. When I checked in, I said I would communicate through the Line app, and it was more convenient because they answered the phone quickly and I could communicate through Line messages. They also provide round-trip airport transportation, but since our flight was at 11 PM on the last day, we stored our luggage, played all day, and went to the hotel at 9 PM to use the airport transportation. I said I would come back... I definitely plan to go again^^ If you are thinking about where to stay, I highly recommend Larin Villas!!

FFrench DudeFinding Phra Singh Village in Chiang Mai can be a bit tricky without GPS, as it's nestled within narrow alleys, but arriving at the hotel immediately surprises you with its beautifully wood-themed facade. The lobby, although small, is wonderfully decorated and fragranced with cinnamon, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth—upon arrival, we were seated on a sofa, served a refreshing fruit juice welcome drink, and had our passports quickly processed. The hotel may be compact, but it is stunningly designed with extensive woodwork that adds to its charm. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring windows that actually open—an increasingly rare amenity. The minibar was well-stocked with both complimentary and paid options, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was top-notch, although the water was a bit too hot for my liking. One downside was the air conditioning, which only targeted the feet area, making it advisable to sleep with socks on to avoid getting cold. Surprisingly, a flashlight (which lacked batteries) was mounted on the wall next to the light switch. When asked, the staff explained that the region often experiences power outages during rainstorms, which accounts for this unusual provision. Breakfast was excellent overall, except for the omelettes, which were a bit too bland and pale for my taste. However, dining in the hotel's garden environment was truly delightful. The staff throughout our stay were outstanding, enhancing our experience with their attentive and friendly service. In conclusion, Phra Singh Village offers a blend of hidden charm and exceptional hospitality, making it a memorable place to stay despite its few quirks. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a unique and intimate experience in Chiang Mai.

SShirley^Excellent: The room is clean, comfortable, simple and stylish in design, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bathtub and a living room The waiter has good service and smiles The hotel has a beautiful environment and is comfortable, with plenty of check-in slots The location is not close to the city. It feels comfortable and quiet. There is no problem with a car. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city. There is a convenience store nearby and a restaurant opposite. Missing: It may not be the peak season, the fitness room is not open, and there are no instructors available.

JJessie.lymingI was attracted by the swimming pool on the picture of the resort, however it was a little bit disappointing in fact🙈 And the location was a little bit hard to get in too, unless you liked quiet environment for stay🤔 I think the biggest advantage of this resort was the rooms were big enough as you can see😂 But there was ONE thing I was very concerned about: the lock of the door🚪 I forgot to take the picture of it but it was only a normal door lock, no other security lock on it😅 It made me feel unsecured even we lock the door🔐 To sum up, I think I won’t come back again although the breakfast was good🫣

PPi Ka ChuWe stayed in premier king room for 2 nights and it was amazing. With kids club and waterpark inside the resort, for sure both adults and kid will have something to do and enjoy their own ‘me time’ to relax. Hotel lobby is huge and heaps of cultural decors for Photo shots, room is very well maintained and very comfortable, a king bed and small single bed with cartoon characters quilt/bed cover for kid. My daughter surprised by Huge teddy bear once we entered the room. Breakfast and coffee was the best one we had in Chiang Mai so far, definitely deserved 6 stars for it. One downside is the water temperature in the pool and spa, pool was too cold even at the noon 12-1pm on sunny day and spa was too hot, staff claimed to be 41 degree, but I can feel it’s even hotter than nature hot spring in Japan that can boil eggs. Apart from the resort, location was very good too, there are a few nice restaurants and a small mall with BigC supermarket within 600m walking distance, love it. Will 200% come back again next time.

XXujiaI am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who helped me solve a lot of problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I originally read the previous reviews because I was worried about dogs barking. After I went there, I found that the guest rooms had Chinese signs. If they heard a dog barking, the staff would go to the neighbor's house to negotiate. In fact, I didn't hear a dog barking during my 4-day stay. I also like their breakfast, which has an a la carte menu and a small buffet. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. It is indeed a small boutique hotel. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.
