My time there was limited but they stuck me on 2 nd floor, it was a overnight room & not looked after, no maintenance done to this room, so l asked for better accommodation which they then gave me a room on 5th floor which was 10 times better, road traffic was a bit much with loud exhaust or no exhaust on cars & motor bikes

Really impress on cleaness hotel has, eco-friendly, can required amenties on hotel application. Located near Nimman soi6, can walk but quite far. The view is fantastic. ALSO, I had request some special for my partners birthday, hotel give me some surprise with chocolate (yummy) brownie 🥹

Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

Great location with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby. Don’t bother getting the hotel breakfast as there are so many good options in the area. It gets pretty busy and crowded at night with lots of parties going on. So if you need a peaceful zone to be a night, this would not be the place to be. The pools on both buildings are of the same sizes with good lengths. Can’t say much about the gym thought, it’s small and poorly equipment but that’s more or less the same you get in most hotels here. Bathroom could do with some cotton buds and it’s annoying how the wifi keeps logging out frequently and I have to re-login every few hours.

The accommodation is in a very good location, easy to travel, clean room, comfortable bed, no noise. We arrived almost midnight, the staff provided very good service. We stayed in room 215, near the elevator, on the corner of the building, no noise at all. There is a barbecue restaurant open until morning not far from the accommodation.

Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed, Pool is nice (could do with more chairs) Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool. Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

Good 3-star hotel offers dorms as well as private rooms. Nice amenities inside the building, some cosy chill zones, balcony with atmospheric city view, dining/kitchen area. And free simple breakfast available for all guests. Location is good too for everything that typical tourist may like in Chiang Mai center. One feels as staying in a decent hotel while having a dorm bed.

A nice hotel. Lovely pool, but loses sunlight after 2pm. Location is nearby party places but not too close. You can easily turn off into more peaceful areas. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fairly clean hotel that's in a great location. Just 3min motorbike ride to Nimman and right next to a great gym called Muscular Lair. Very affordable so no complaints that service is a little poor.

The hotel is about 10-15 min drive from Nimman. Really convenient if you have a vehicle. But not really accessible without one. Cleanliness not really that clean in my opinion. Doesn't provide toothbrush so buy one from 7-11.

A place far far away from town and also Mon Jam. I was planning to stay 1 night in Mon Jam actually, however I didn’t noticed the homestay is another mountain from Mon Jam (called Pong Yaeng) which was Trip.com suggested to me when I search for hotels of Mon Jam. I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely. After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here. Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

This is a hidden gem, the roadtrip is fun and the place is amazing, the view is great. Staff are super friendly and the food is great!

We like the nature surrounding of the hotel. However, the cleanliness should be improved and some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, we still satisfied :)

Good location, the view from the room is very beautiful, if you come when there is a sea of ​​fog, it must be very romantic. The barbecue pork is good. The breakfast is arranged cutely, the taste is average. But I feel that the house is not very soundproof. The floor in the house feels sticky when walking. I'm not sure if it's from the floor cleaner or the oil from the previous barbecue pork that wasn't clean enough. A little annoying here, but there are slippers in the room, so we didn't call for extra cleaning. But the bed is very comfortable, soft, and comfortable to sleep in. As for the view, the atmosphere is great, the view is very good.

In the peaceful embrace of ”Onsen at Moncham,” I found a perfect place that soothed my personality. Unfortunately, by the time that I arrived, it was raining and foggy. However, it didn't stop me from the beauty of nature and place. If you're seeking a magical escape where nature and comfort dance together, ”Onsen at Moncham” is your ticket to a world of pure bliss and joyous memories.

The hotel is comparatively close to our trail running start point. Just 15-20 mins walk to the PAO park. Rooms are clean and service ladies are welcoming except one old lady at the reception counter with bad manner. Every time i meet her at the counter, she never say any words or ever a simple ”hello” . when we left and asking for refund for deosit, she replied me with the same old words ”wait a minute”. She may be the owner of this hotel, but I think she demonstrates a very bad example to her staff showing bad service manner to the customers.

Very impressed with both the atmosphere and the service. The facilities are complete. Everyone is smiling. The environment is very good. There is a stream next to the accommodation, suitable for relaxation. I recommend it. You must try to stay here and experience something good.

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures).

Great beach bungalow type of resort in between Hang Dong and the city, perfect if you have your own wheels. Walls seem thin but the street is quiet. No trouble sleeping. Everything is very neat and clean. Breakfast is the only downside. Cold eggs, cold ham and sausages, and only oranges for fruit during the 6 nights I spent there. But the rooms are great and the pool well maintained. Attached coffee shop is pleasant. Recommended but find breakfast elsewhere.

As soon as you walk out of the room, you can see trees, flowers, and even a stream flowing by, as if you are in a paradise. When I got up in the morning, I met a little lion out for a walk. It was such a surprise! Facilities and Rooms The room is decorated mainly with logs and natural elements, which is simple yet warm. There are comfortable seats on the balcony where you can leisurely enjoy the natural scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, making you completely relaxed. Service and Experience The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is considerate. They are willing to help with many issues and make people feel at home. Overall Rating This is a truly relaxing, back-to-nature resort. If you are tired of the busy life in the city, this will be a good place to slow down and enjoy the tranquility. The service is a bit indifferent. omg, don't stay there on Saturday, the music at the nearby restaurant is so loud, it's like a party in your room. We were after a flight and could not sleep till 12, the next day it was quiet though. But it already ruined our experience and my second day as I was exhausted after major lack of sleep. If you got neighbors next door you can also understand everything they are saying unless you don't speak the language. The soundproof just doesn't exist. Anyway, I can't call a place a resort if it doesn't provide basic quietness after 10 pm. Not sure who gave it high score. I guess they didn't stay on the weekends. The facilities, design, etc all is good though. People are also quiet at night. At least we were lucky with that. The pool is clean, but of course its cold in January, some people were swimming though. The breakfast is good as well. Got books and some simple toys for kids. Poor score on the service since they told me they got no idea where the music is coming from and when would it stop. At the same time when I called other hotels trying to relocate (couldn't in the end as it was impossible to get a cab at 11 pm in the area), even they knew the problem of this hotel with the restaurant nearby.

The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in. After the process was completed, he said he was worried that we would lose something... In short, this hotel is only suitable for checking in and taking photos, and the limit is one night. Unable to use; the lady in the lobby answered the travel questions very perfunctorily and did not feel sincere; I originally planned to stay in Hangdong for 2 nights, focusing on Ban Taiwan Wood Carving Street and cycling around this town. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.
