The hotel is under the flight path, there may be some noice which is understandable, so do Ninmann area. The pool is quite big but not much sheltered area for lying. Room is OK but not much options for TV. Better with a car for easy access.

It is a very warm hotel. They explain in detail the city's landmarks and events, making you feel very warm like at home. Breakfast is also special and has a daily special, and seasonal fruits are also arranged differently every time. And theirs Flower is so pretty too .🌻💕💕💕📸📷

On the last day of our trip, we booked this newly opened villa hotel. 👍 Beauty seems to have entered the scene of the Thai idol drama. It is gorgeous, exquisite and beautiful. It can be seen that the owner has carefully polished every small detail in the room. There is a large swimming pool. The children of friends are soaked in it and refuse to come out. The brand of washing seems to be very expensive and smells great. There is a Thai girl who can speak Chinese at the front desk, very beautiful and comfortable 😌 Everything is beautiful, incredible 😻

Overall, I liked the experience.
Excellent hotel, very well located and with very good amenities. The hotel is located in walking distance to many places, especially if you're interested in exploring the city. The area is nice and gets very active, especially in the evening. However, we hardly had any issue with the noise.
The rooms were well cleaned, smelled fresh and the staff, in general were pleasant.
The only thing I noticed was that some ( again, only some ) of the staff at the front desk prioritised Western and certain other types of guests over the others. I observed how they communicated with different guests, and it's the only unpleasant thing I noticed. I strongly urge the management to address this and work on approaching every guest with equal attention.
I had to wait at the counter for over 10 minutes. My cousin and my mom were beside me too so there's no way they could've missed us. They could have acknowledged us and told us to wait a bit. Because I know they were busy. But we weren't acknowledged as expected. Some other guests were acknowledged right away and were approached differently. That's definitely something to work on and isn't professional. As a well travelled person who's stayed in hotels of many categories, this - for me - was definitely a huge minus, the only reason I don't give a 5/5 for service.
However, they were polite and courteous during checkout. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and very friendly. The doormen and other staff in the hotel were equally nice too.
The breakfast was ok.
Overall, it was all good except for what I've pointed out. I would like to think the management will address this and work on fixing it to elevate the service level.

We stayed 4 nights, 2 nights classic city view and another 2 nights mountain view. Bed was comfortable. I like the service that they provide pillow selection as I usually sleep with memory foam. Great services. Staffs are attentive and I would like to thanks the concierge name “Noon” who helped us alot on planning the tour trip and recommended us some of the nice cafe and food.
The spa was great too.
Definitely will come back again.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability.
While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.
We are extremely satisfied with our 3 days 2 nights stay at our Villa 6; Two-bedrooms villa type with private big swimming pool and exclusive outdoor Onsen is a bonus. This hotel provides world-class courtyard landscape with waterfall inside our villa room & equipped with modernised high-tech app in the villa that made us feel like we are in holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast delivered every morning 9am to our villa as requested and they have 6 options healthy menu to choose and food are considered delicious and enough for everyone.
Each room has individual standing shower, bathtub, shower tub and digital toilets. My husband really enjoyed his toilet experience during his stay.
Provides wide selection of mini bars like- evian, perallagio, coke, beer chips, almonds & cup noodles and replenished rapidly.
Provides in-room dinning menu from <Deck One> my boy & his friend enjoyed their food in room service deliciously.
My husband & I tried their Spa service located at 10 mins drive from the hotel. It might probably belong to same group or they outsource. I tried body scrub and facial treatment service and we were assigned at a rooftop villa suite massage room. The therapist is very skillful and pleasurable. We tip them 500bahts each therapist for their excellent service during songkran.
CONS: the master bedroom bed should be KING size or super King size instead of Queen bed. Recommends to upgrade their mattress quality. Overcrowded with furniture inside our master bedroom.
CONS: Pest control services recommends frequently, but hotel is.kind enough to provide mosquitoes pad and spray etc.
CONS: Our arrival experience is not very pleasant as the receptionist lady obviously lack of SMILE; maybe she is upset to work during Songkran. However our butler boy is very friendly and good enough to communicate with us in English. We love his services and tip him generously.
We will love to come back again however the room rates are really high comparing to Ritz Carlton/ Conrad in Koh samui; but why not ?
The 2-bedroom room is very suitable for friends to travel with children. I like the independent swimming pool on the first floor. You can swim and chat at any time. The location of the hotel is a little off, which is more suitable for self-driving travel.
But the overall texture is very good, and the breakfast tastes good. The only drawback is that the hotel is a healing hotel that advocates nature, so there is no air conditioning in the restaurant. Chiang Mai, which is more than 40 degrees, is a bit hot. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay.
However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning.
While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

Spa! Spa! Spa! I have to say it three times! If you come to this hotel, you must experience their SPA! Let's relax! The price is moderate and you need to book in advance! The hotel is slightly off the beaten track and is considered a hotel with more characteristics (the characteristic is the SPA). The room is simple but very artistic! It is very photogenic (especially the balcony). If you are tired of the traditional five-star hotel style, then you must come and experience this one! I believe you will not be disappointed~

GGuest UserI rarely write reviews for hotels, but I must write this one. Very good hotel, warm service. The service staff will think of small details. My daughter stayed in bed in the morning, and the breakfast manager prepared a takeaway box to help us prepare breakfast for her to take back. All questions about the itinerary were answered. We encountered the largest flood in history in Chiang Mai, and all the itineraries were disrupted. The hotel was in the worst-hit area, and they considered us from beginning to end and did their best to arrange it. We took a small boat, and four hotel waiters, including a deputy manager, pushed the boat in the chest-deep water. It took an hour to reach the land. The hotel arranged other hotels to get us out of trouble. Thank you very much. A memorable hotel!
TTomGood location. Spacious public area.
The breakfast was quite disappointing - the quality of the food is low.
The service was strange, some are good , but some do not have good service mind and manner.
Location of the room is quite awkward, you may have to walk back and forth via some stairs to get to the room at the end of the hallway. Also, the view from the superior room is obstructed.
Some places of the hotel were not tidy as a 5 star hote - see phots. Some equipments in the room are not working ( the air purifier), glass coaster is dirty and it was re-used!
I did not give the high review score because I hope the management see this review and try to improve. Thank you !

FFrench DudeFinding Phra Singh Village in Chiang Mai can be a bit tricky without GPS, as it's nestled within narrow alleys, but arriving at the hotel immediately surprises you with its beautifully wood-themed facade. The lobby, although small, is wonderfully decorated and fragranced with cinnamon, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth—upon arrival, we were seated on a sofa, served a refreshing fruit juice welcome drink, and had our passports quickly processed.
The hotel may be compact, but it is stunningly designed with extensive woodwork that adds to its charm. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring windows that actually open—an increasingly rare amenity. The minibar was well-stocked with both complimentary and paid options, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was top-notch, although the water was a bit too hot for my liking.
One downside was the air conditioning, which only targeted the feet area, making it advisable to sleep with socks on to avoid getting cold. Surprisingly, a flashlight (which lacked batteries) was mounted on the wall next to the light switch. When asked, the staff explained that the region often experiences power outages during rainstorms, which accounts for this unusual provision.
Breakfast was excellent overall, except for the omelettes, which were a bit too bland and pale for my taste. However, dining in the hotel's garden environment was truly delightful. The staff throughout our stay were outstanding, enhancing our experience with their attentive and friendly service.
In conclusion, Phra Singh Village offers a blend of hidden charm and exceptional hospitality, making it a memorable place to stay despite its few quirks. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a unique and intimate experience in Chiang Mai.
SShirley^Excellent: The room is clean, comfortable, simple and stylish in design, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bathtub and a living room
The waiter has good service and smiles
The hotel has a beautiful environment and is comfortable, with plenty of check-in slots
The location is not close to the city. It feels comfortable and quiet. There is no problem with a car. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the city. There is a convenience store nearby and a restaurant opposite.
Missing: It may not be the peak season, the fitness room is not open, and there are no instructors available.
JJessie.lymingI was attracted by the swimming pool on the picture of the resort, however it was a little bit disappointing in fact🙈 And the location was a little bit hard to get in too, unless you liked quiet environment for stay🤔 I think the biggest advantage of this resort was the rooms were big enough as you can see😂 But there was ONE thing I was very concerned about: the lock of the door🚪 I forgot to take the picture of it but it was only a normal door lock, no other security lock on it😅 It made me feel unsecured even we lock the door🔐 To sum up, I think I won’t come back again although the breakfast was good🫣
GGuest UserVery comfortable. I arrived at the early flight on the first day and asked the customer service if I could check in early. The staff was very generous and even turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance. As soon as I entered the room, I felt very comfortable physically and mentally
PPi Ka ChuWe stayed in premier king room for 2 nights and it was amazing. With kids club and waterpark inside the resort, for sure both adults and kid will have something to do and enjoy their own ‘me time’ to relax. Hotel lobby is huge and heaps of cultural decors for Photo shots, room is very well maintained and very comfortable, a king bed and small single bed with cartoon characters quilt/bed cover for kid. My daughter surprised by Huge teddy bear once we entered the room. Breakfast and coffee was the best one we had in Chiang Mai so far, definitely deserved 6 stars for it. One downside is the water temperature in the pool and spa, pool was too cold even at the noon 12-1pm on sunny day and spa was too hot, staff claimed to be 41 degree, but I can feel it’s even hotter than nature hot spring in Japan that can boil eggs. Apart from the resort, location was very good too, there are a few nice restaurants and a small mall with BigC supermarket within 600m walking distance, love it. Will 200% come back again next time.
XXujiaI am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who helped me solve a lot of problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I originally read the previous reviews because I was worried about dogs barking. After I went there, I found that the guest rooms had Chinese signs. If they heard a dog barking, the staff would go to the neighbor's house to negotiate. In fact, I didn't hear a dog barking during my 4-day stay. I also like their breakfast, which has an a la carte menu and a small buffet. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. It is indeed a small boutique hotel. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.
