Amazing hotel and I cannot wait to go back.
The view is to die for.
I just wish I had checked in a lot earlier.
The convenience store downstairs sells alcoholic drinks, bento and other snacks at reasonable prices.
The shuttle bus is convenient but does not run that frequently so I recommend you to check it well in advance. I ended up paying around 3500 yen for taxi one way 🤣
The hotel is old, but the location is great! I called the front desk to ask about the time from the bus terminal to Hiroshima Airport, but they asked me to look it up on my mobile phone. I was honestly surprised by this. I wish they had a timetable for the bus terminal next door.
Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff. Amenities (hotspring, laundry machine, complimentary popsicles and drinks) were great. It was very comfortable and I wished I stayed longer.
The location seemed a little out of the way but the local bus service was convenient and not crowded even during rush hour. It was also close enough to a park (short walk) for those who want to get some exercise.
It was a very nice hotel. The baths were clean and the open-air baths were great!
However, one breakfast venue was crowded and there were people waiting, so I hope they will take some measures to ease congestion in the future, such as setting up time slots.
It was close to Kure Station and had good transport links.
The room was clean. Breakfast was included and the selection was quite good, so that was nice.
Facilities: The hotel provides free breakfast and hot springs, and a free beer every day.
Hygiene: The room is clean, the toilet is clean, and the public space is clean.
Environment: There are few people and cars nearby, and it is quiet when sleeping.
Service: When cleaning the room, you need to put a sign on the door that needs to be cleaned.
Our second stay here and it was equally as good as the first. A lovely hotel with great staff and amenities. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms make staying here a pleasure. Breakfast was good and offered a great selection of foods.
Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!
The bathhouse is great, the open-air pool is large and very relaxing. The room is also large, good quality and affordable. Taking a taxi from Hiroshima Airport is about 2,000 yen, which is acceptable. Plus, a taxi is still much cheaper than accommodation near the airport.
The environment is good. Last night, the geographical function of staying in the oversized room (comfortable) was not very convenient.

猩猩We stayed here for 2 nights. It is not very close to JR station but still it’s just a few minutes work and not difficult.
Love the hot bath. There’s a sauna room with tv inside it ;) very nice one.
You get bento as breakfast. We had it in room on 1st morning and take it on train the next day. Very flexible and taste good too.

施施This is definitely the best service hotel in Japan. Everyone knows that Japan's service attitude has always been good. This is a bit of a good time. As long as you see the waiter, you will smile and say hello! You can try it for dinner, and the meal is very rich! The hot springs in the hotel are not a bit boring in the open air, but the bubbles are not bad. There are a bunch of deer at the door~... You can call the hotel at the Miyajima Pier. If you want to go to the shrine, you can call the hotel to send you. Room we are on the fourth floor, sea view is OK!
GGuest UserAdvantages: Very clean and sanitary, and the towels feel very clean. I stayed in a twin room for one person, and I felt that the space was okay. There was an air purifier in the room, the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was flushed, the water temperature could be adjusted finely, and the breakfast was also very good. Rich, there is not much fruit to eat in Japan, so vitamin C supplementation depends on two glasses of juice for breakfast.
Suggested improvements: The table is a bit low, and you have to bend down to use the computer, which is a bit inconvenient for people who have to check emails every night on a business trip. The toilet seat is not silent. It fell directly twice, and the sound was a bit loud, which scared myself. Also worried about disturbing others.
Overall, it's a very nice hotel and it's very close to Saijo Station. It's worth staying.
TtsengI really like this small fishing village of Yuzhipu, with monuments and ancient street views, full of nostalgic historical atmosphere, and the wind is bright. The wind pavilion is close to the coast, the window view is very beautiful, the location is super good, the one parking and two food are quite excellent, the service is excellent, especially the restaurant waiter Motohiro, the lobby receptionist Sirikwan is superb, I am impressed. I like the hot spring facilities very much. There are three places to soak, and you can see the beautiful sea view and island.
GGuest UserWe had an amazing visit! The service was excellent, the food delicious and a there is a beatiful view from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!
