Ada 1 staff d resto agak jutex… saat kami ingin membeli cromboloni.. ke bagian kasir… , mba nya senyumnya sdikit maksa.. kalo bisa yg tulus senyumnya ya mba… krn senyum yg tulus dan maksa terlihat bedanya…😉 Ulasan yg jujur ini.. tanpa dibuat2… 😊 With my pleasure for all service for my family Thank’s for mercure bengkulu Excellent

Good location, decent facilities, but unfortunately the room telephone cannot be used at all to contact the receptionist or the hotel when there is a need for some items that are missing in the room such as toiletries ex: towels, slippers etc. Had to go down to the ground floor first to ask for it. Breakfast is varied and okay.

the facilities are quite complete, the gym is quite complete and comfortable although a bit narrow. but for this price, the hope is that there is a small refrigerator in the room.
