If I can, I will give 10 stars. Their service is top notch! Excellent! Very happy with all the warm hospitality. Free shuttle to and from disneyland, to zhoupu metro for unlimited times (the staff xiao yan even gave my kids snacks! Thank you!). Free gifts for my kids when we checked out, got candies when we checked in (for the second time). I needed mineral water late night, they directly sent it to my room. I stayed here for 3 nights then go to harbin then come back to stay here again. They helped me to keep my luggage while I'm in harbin. Their laundry service helped me a lot! They prepared my early breakfast before I go to airport in the morning. Many more to describe. But one thing for sure, if I go to shanghai again in the future, I'll choose this hotel. I've a great time staying here. Thank you so much for all the staffs. (ALL. I mean it. Sorry I can't tell the name, but you are all worked great! Thank you so much for the staff that helped me to wait didi in front of hotel early in the morning. Although it's very cold, he kept standing in front of the hotel waiting for us to go first. I appreciate it). Comunication with them is very easy, using we chat. Keep up the great work!

The location is very good, just next to IFC mall and some shopping centres nearby. We stayed for 3 nights for our anniversary and the staff upgraded us to a room facing the Bund view. The room is nice, spacious and clean. Special thanks to Rosy for taking care of our needs and bringing us a delicious cake to celebrate. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay and we will be staying in Ritz Carlton again when we come to Shanghai.

The Design of the hotel is fantastic. Leaning towards modern contemporary. Hotel breakfast variety not bad, staff very attentive. Room cleanliness very good. Location likewise currently a little awkward not many restaurants choice around. However, 10mins to the Bund. Nevertheless, if I am offer another chance I will return again.

booked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldn’t stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us. hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. we’ve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

Despite it being 12am, Jude was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting me with a parcel that was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. His willingness to help at such a late hour, coupled with his calm and professional attitude, truly reflects the high standards of service associated with Waldorf Astoria. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Jude — his dedication did not go unnoticed and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. 我想特别表扬 Waldorf Astoria 礼宾部的 Jude。 尽管已是凌晨12点，他仍非常耐心并主动协助我处理寄错地址的包裹，服务专业又贴心。这样的敬业精神让我深受感动，也充分体现了贵酒店一贯的高水准服务。 The other team members in the concierge department also did a helpful job with our baggage. It’s just unfortunate that I can’t have my Meituan food delivery sent by the hotel staff directly to my room. This was inconvenient but I understand the food and hygiene aspects that they uphold. Generally, a pleasant stay with best location. The bund view is just too awesome!

The hotel is really great. The staff is always helpful and of course it's an Accor brand style. I got an upgrade room due to my Ctrip membership rewards, and very spacious room with washing machine and a small kitchen facility. It was like a mini studio room. The place is quite convenient and very quiet. I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast had multiple options, but would request to write down what all was included in the dish or atleast put a sign of vegetarian or non Vegetarian. Overall great hotel room, but it's time to refurbish. I can see quiet oldish and carpet being faded. Thanks Accor, you never disappoint me.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz in Shanghai, made even better by the exceptional service we received from Lynn at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Lynn went out of her way to assist us with our room and check-in, communicating clearly and confidently in English, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The hotel is ideally located, close to restaurants, shops, and some of Shanghai’s most exciting attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, a true retreat after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and high standard of service truly stood out. Thank you, Lynn, for your kindness and professionalism. You made our stay at the Andaz unforgettable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai!

We had a King room on 33rd floor facing the Jing'an Tempel, quite a nice view. Staff at the front desk, room service and in the spa area are nice, friendly and helpful, check-in and out was very quick Room is a bit outdated but was well maintained. The bed was very huge and comfy, I especially liked the pillows. Gym is well equipped and the machines work well. Pool and Spa were very clean and enjoyable. In my opinion the Kunlun offers great value for the money.
