This is absolutely like an all in one kind of stay, you can literally spend a week just exploring the hotel 🤣 they have many restaurants to try, a very cool and zen coffee shop, facilities like swimming pool and even scenic area call panmen square that have live performance almost every hour. The hotel is like a literal palace and you feel like living in a kingdom. The room is very good, they use all carpets, very comfortable i dont feel like going out at all, the breakfast is extraordinary you have so many choice. They are very nice even making us the goose towel because we are on our honeymoon. super recommended. The hotel reception is also very kind, one of them borrow us their phone number to order food delivery becaue we dont have china number. Really really a pleasant stay

The hotel is in a great location, short walk to train station. Room is dated but still clean and comfortable. Noted that they have started doing renovation on certain floors The room facilities & toiletries are good, especially the powerful Laifen hairdryer😍 which is lacking in other hotels. Free minibar too!😍 Front desk staff are warm & helpful. Special thanks to Tan Liang who helped to us with Didi Taxi booking and asked the doorman to tell the driver to drop us at the specific entrance at the Railway Station.

This was my second stay at the Hyatt, and once again, they didn’t disappoint! I accidentally booked the wrong date and had to cancel, but the staff were so understanding and even upgraded our room. Really appreciated their flexibility and great service. The late check-out option was a nice bonus — my nephew and I took our time and enjoyed a relaxing morning. The hotel is in a super convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants and malls nearby. Looking forward to coming back again!

1. It was my first time to come to Yancheng. I arrived at 9pm and was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Thanks to the little girl named Li at the front desk, it was decorated in a Chinese style. The room has a bathtub and a sofa. I relaxed after taking a bath and had a good sleep. 2. A fruit plate was given as a gift 3. A headrest was given as a gift when checking out 4. I haven’t stayed in Jiji recently, so I’ve had a lot of good accommodation experiences. This is the first time I’ve written a review this year.

We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, sofa, desk, and even a nice selection of tea. We will definitely stay at Pullman again. Thank you

This is a beautiful hotel however we were very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed because it was not hot enough. We came in June. Be aware that the outdoor pool and beach is only opened July and August. Other than that, good food and good service

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

The breakfast and the view are great. Everything else is good but the hotel is also not cheap. It wasn’t nice that we needed to wait 1h until we could move into our room but they provided us a free coffee and tea team on their restaurant.

Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place. The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge. Allowed early check in and late check out if available

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!
