Location is great if you love living in an ancient castle, worth starting here for the experience and I love the environment. Service of staff was not pan Pacific level though. I've emailed and submitted enquiry on their hotel website but did not receive and response. Attitude of service staff was poor, bellboy's tone was near rude. I recommend staying just for the environment, don't expect good service standards.

We stayed at the Asia Pacific Business Building of Jinling Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, with modern décor and well-maintained facilities. The bell staff helped us with our luggage both upon arrival and departure, which was very convenient. Mr. Zeng at the front desk was professional and courteous, and he took good care of our children during check-in, which we appreciated. The buffet breakfast offered a good selection of Chinese and Western dishes. The local Nanjing specialties were varied and tasted authentic. The hotel’s central location and attentive service made our stay enjoyable, and we would consider staying here again in the future.

This place was so nice and chill ,I love here so much ,the room is very comfortable as well ,some more the area here go anywhere is easy also ,the staff here very nice and kind . I will come back again , (I can say that nothing is bad)

Great value for a 5-star hotel! Rooms are spacious and decor is nice, the included buffet breakfast offers a lot of variety and is tasty. The hotel is located right behind the Nanjing Museum, is “close” to the Ming Tombs, and is close to the Ming Koo Kung subway station which provides easy access to many sights in Nanjing. There is even a street food bazaar right next door! The only downside of this hotel is that it does not offer a free laundry room.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Wuxi's bustling commercial district. Suning Plaza is directly downstairs, and Henglong Plaza and Pacific Department Store are both less than a ten-minute walk away. The hotel facilities are superb, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I even received a room upgrade, and the night view was spectacular, overlooking the city center's high-rises. The service was also excellent. I had lost an item and asked housekeeping for help; frankly, I didn't have much hope. But amazingly, they found a tiny gold piece, smaller than a fingernail! This truly speaks to the housekeeping staff's dedication and responsibility. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

For my trip to Suzhou, I chose the Crowne Plaza after seeing many recommendations online. It definitely lived up to its online reputation; the lake view was absolutely stunning. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted by a panoramic and absolutely gorgeous lake view. The hotel's decor is also very grand and impressive. Its overall architecture, resembling a cruise ship, is truly unique. What's particularly worth praising is the hotel's breakfast. The restaurant is very spacious and located right by the lake, offering fantastic views. Plus, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich and diverse, with so many options to choose from. The complimentary travel photoshoot from 'Seven Degrees' (七度旅拍) offered by the hotel was a pleasant surprise and quite good. The photographer was very dedicated and professional, and I was also very pleased with how the photos turned out. Highly recommended!

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to see the morning mist drift over the lake, and in the evening, watching the sunset paint the riverbanks red – every photo you take here is postcard-perfect. Xuanwu Lake Park is just a 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for cycling around the lake or taking a boat ride. It's also only 3 subway stops directly to the Presidential Palace, and you can reach Fuzi Temple in just half an hour. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is soft and pleasant against the skin, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful – any request is met with an immediate response. Staying here means you can fall asleep to beautiful lake views and easily visit Nanjing's landmarks. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Nanjing!

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep even for a light sleeper like me. The bathroom featured a heated floor system, warm and inviting underfoot, and the L'Occitane toiletries, with their delightful fragrance, made every shower a truly relaxing experience. **Dining Experience: Culinary Delights** The hotel's breakfast was simply outstanding! It featured authentic local specialties like Duck Blood Vermicelli Soup and Jinling Soup Dumplings, alongside freshly made omelets and an array of exquisite desserts. A special mention must go to the Jiangnan Wok Chinese Restaurant; it truly lives up to its 'Black Pearl' rating, with every dish being incredibly memorable and leaving me craving for more. **Location: Unbeatable** Nestled right by Xuanwu Lake, the hotel offers easy access to leisurely strolls along its scenic shores. Its proximity to the metro station makes getting around incredibly convenient, perfect for exploring all the city's attractions. Evening walks by the lake, watching the city lights begin to sparkle, were simply magical. **Service Experience: Beyond Expectations** What truly impressed me was the hotel's impeccable service. Returning to my room on the second day, I found that the housekeeping staff had not only tidied up, but had also thoughtfully organized my carelessly left charging cables with ties. This attention to detail truly demonstrated the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. This stay has truly made me a loyal fan of the Shangri-La brand. Whether for business or leisure, it's an excellent choice. I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Nanjing and will undoubtedly choose Shangri-La again!

I was a little disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and it is very convenient for either a late arrival or early morning flight. My only complaint would be the choice available for in-room dining. The only available western food available on the menu was an assorted fruit plate. I seem to remember a much bigger selection in previous stays. That being said I will stay there again and would recommend.

The hotel's facilities are impeccably maintained. While Shangri-La is a well-established five-star brand, this particular property is relatively new and modern. They even have delivery robots, which kids will surely love! The views from the room are absolutely stunning. The location is also second to none, being very close to the subway station and just a few minutes from Jinji Lake. However, what truly stood out was the service. Our butler, Yvonne, provided continuous support from booking to check-out, helping us resolve numerous issues. Her warm and attentive service is definitely a key reason I would choose to stay here again. We enjoyed a delightful and cozy weekend with our family at the Shangri-La, and we'll definitely be back!
