This hotel is stunning and well equipped. The location is good but what really makes this hotel special are the hotel grounds and amenities. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The food at Hai Tien Lo restaurant was excellent, the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back!

We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, sofa, desk, and even a nice selection of tea. We will definitely stay at Pullman again. Thank you

1. It was my first time to come to Yancheng. I arrived at 9pm and was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Thanks to the little girl named Li at the front desk, it was decorated in a Chinese style. The room has a bathtub and a sofa. I relaxed after taking a bath and had a good sleep. 2. A fruit plate was given as a gift 3. A headrest was given as a gift when checking out 4. I haven’t stayed in Jiji recently, so I’ve had a lot of good accommodation experiences. This is the first time I’ve written a review this year.

We got a free rooms upgrade by the hotel as it’s our wedding anniversary trips!! Rooms are clean n tidy n comfortable. Spacious room too. Very iconic hotel building in Nanjing as well, metro is just within 2 mins walk from the hotel main entrance. Their room top bar is amazing at lvl 78! We stay at lvl 52 which is pretty cool with an amazing view! Will highly recommend this hotel

Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place. The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge. Allowed early check in and late check out if available

Upon arrival, we have very joyful pleasurable welcome by the hotel service personnel. In view of our room is city view, we request to look into if lake view room, how much is require to pay. Mr. Xu, who attended to us provided us with free upgrade, we feel touch and impress. The Breakfast is good and there are full of variety of choices. For dinner, the hotel food is delicious and the service of the waitress is pleasant and friendly. We have a Wonderful stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Shangri-la. The room had a great view of the Xuan Wu lake. It has a walk-in closet and a huge bathroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is offered on the 2nd and 40th floors. Both sides offered a good selection of western and local cuisine. The afternoon tea offered a wide selection of food and drinks as well. There is a well-equiped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. They also offered jogging guide around the Xuan Wu lake. Service is excellent. Staff is thoughtful and always looking out for our needs. They provided more of my favorite drinks in the mini bar without us asking for it. We had a wonderful experience there. The hotel is next to the metro line 1 and really accessible to several places of interest like Nanjing Museum, Xuan Wu lake, Xinjiekou shopping district, Qinhuai River, Confucius Temple, Laomendong, Presidential Palace Museum and Dabaoen temple museum. We had a wonderful experience there and we will definitely return if we are in Nanjing.

The hotel room is a bit old, but relatively clean, but the soundproofing is not very good. The room is facing south with a double bed, and the bed faces the mirror... The overall service attitude is good, the breakfast is very rich, there are steamed buns, both Chinese and Western, and the bread is also delicious. As for the location, it is very close to Ebizui Park... In addition, the hotel also arranged parent-child activities during the May Day holiday, which is good!
