When returning to Santiago from Easter Island, I had to fly out again the next morning, and the lowest price of Holiday Inn had risen to 2200 RMB. i had just arrived Santiago , for my first time, - i am familiar with the chain name so booked it -- from the moment i arrived, every staff member from the front desk, bellmen, housekeeping,... was so so friendly, helpful, caring. I stayed a week, --- there is a spa, pool, bar, restaurant, outside space i adore the nespresso machine in the room as i drink coffee free breakfast, across from a mall and grocer... just take an uber to town nearby to parks and hillside viewpoints clean, comfortable, quiet, just made sense --- fantastic customer service all around ...the bed was huge, and very comfortable

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. The facilities and services of a five-star hotel. Everything is perfect at a four-star price. Yes, it only costs $4 to wash a jacket, which is great. Standing on the window sill on the 11th floor to watch the sunset, it is beautiful.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee. To get a higher floor, I waited until 3 pm to check in, but the view was directly on the neighboring house and nothing more. The breakfast is average. For this price, you can rent a hotel one level higher, and get the appropriate service and comfort. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! I do not recommend it.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.

It is not a place where you can catch public transportation right away. The outdoor pool is not heated, so the water is very cold at the moment, so I couldn't swim.
