I stay at this hotel very frequently. It is extremely convenient and accessible as it's right next to the station. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean and tidy. The swimming pool here also has its own unique charm. The indoor lounge is also fantastic. The restaurant is good as well. All in all, it's my favorite hotel, and I highly recommend it to you. Absolutely wonderful experience! Service by all (valet, front desk, concierge, maid) was exceptional. Will always stay here when visiting Quebec City. Many, many thanks to all involved in making our stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine simply unforgettable!

Great location — within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel is right above a shopping center with direct access to the subway without leaving the building, which is very convenient. The swimming pool was excellent, with a lifeguard on-site and a sauna available. The buffet breakfast was also great, with plenty of options to choose from. Be aware that the hotel is undergoing exterior renovations from June 11, 2025 to August 31, 2025. Unfortunately, the construction noise can start early in the morning and is quite disruptive.

Was upgraded to large suite with two double beds, a fitted mini kitchen etc. The included buffet breakfast included had all the essentials. Excellent for a family

They did not have what this website offers to book. No 2 king beds. Signed is horrible. Nice rooms otherwise. Huge and very kind staff

Really disappointed. The spa was unsanitary. The water was green and smelled really bad. So we couldn't relax in it. The pool water was passable. It wasn't very clear. In my room I didn't have a shower curtain and the air conditioning was at 15 degrees all night and it didn't cool the room enough but it was very cold. This hotel is not worth the price at all.

The facilities were comfortable, and most of the staff were professional and welcoming. However, we encountered two concerning issues that I feel compelled to share. Firstly, during a shower, my father was almost burned due to a water temperature malfunction. The hot water did not come for a long time, and when he turned the tap fully to hot, it locked in place and could not be turned off. The hotel promptly sent a plumber to fix the issue and kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second issue deeply impacted our experience. During breakfast on our second morning, we were served by a staff member named Isabella. Her behavior was blatantly discriminatory. Although I attempted to engage with her, she refused to acknowledge me, instead directing all her attention to my father, a white middle-aged man. She refilled his coffee but ignored me entirely, despite us both finishing at the same time. When I requested the bill, she acted as if she did not understand me and again responded only when my father spoke. This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given the otherwise positive stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides training to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of their background.

A very comfortable hotel, located in the center of the town, very convenient to everywhere, the decoration style is retro and atmospheric, the swimming pool is the children's favorite, I will come again in the fall.

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!
