Our entire stay was nothing short of amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment from the time we checked in until our departure. The room was well-prepared, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard by the housekeeping team, who ensured everything was spotless and welcoming throughout our stay. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality we received from the staff. Ajay at the front office was an absolute star – always approachable, polite, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and guided us with genuine care whenever we required assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression on us. Equally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Simran and Priya in the kitchen, who made our dining experience truly delightful. They not only ensured that the food was excellent but also added a personal touch with their kindness and attentiveness. Every interaction with them made us feel valued as guests, and their efforts made our mealtimes so enjoyable. Overall, the combination of excellent facilities and outstanding staff made this stay one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. The room was bigger than we expected, the bathroom huge and we really wished to stay longer The breakfast was great, the area even if quite some clients it did not feel like, was quite airy We booked on half board and were happy to booked that option, the team helped us through our allergies and accommodated our requests The reception team and concierge/porter always smilling We really appreciated our stay and would definitely consider the hotel for our future stay The plus: the location next to the Burjuman area and Burjuman city centre

The best budget hotel ever! Service is 5star, rooms has amazing views and location is very convenient, near metro, restaurants, cafes and drug stores.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious. In terms of service, I especially want to thank Mr. Sohel, the concierge at the lobby. On the first day, he kindly used his own app to call a taxi for us, and on the final day, he arranged a larger taxi because we had several suitcases. It was incredibly helpful. However, one thing that fell short was that the towels were neither replenished nor replaced on two consecutive days, which caused some inconvenience.

This hotel is very famous and boasts a wealth of entertainment facilities, though the rooms themselves are just average. We booked a club room, and the service was generally good. While the facilities are somewhat dated, they are surprisingly well-maintained. However, room service response was quite slow. Overall, the value for money is mediocre. Its main advantage is its prime location in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. If you're not exclusively set on Atlantis, there are many other excellent family-friendly resorts to consider.

I got a room at 40 th Floor , with very nice view,, come to Dubai and stay at Metro Barsha on June. You should prepare secirity deposit AED 500 , they quickly pay me back when ia will checkout, better using cash for security deposit Service excellent , the Front Desk is very welcome named Rustam. location is just perfect , super close to Metro station just walk 5 min , very convenient. The room is big with 2 room , 2 balcony and good view but the sofa, carpet looks a bit tired and old . Amenities is poor , I need to call to make sure my sleepers sandlas is not enough for 4 prs , towel also but they quicklya reaponse.

Excellent value for money. Great room and amenities, nice breakfast, pool, gym everything you could need plus shuttle to malls and beach. Highly recommended!

Everything is totally amazing and good while we are staying at the property. We enjoyed our stay especially the kids.. Only one thing I am concerned about is when we are requesting for a late check out because we checked in at 4pm but suddenly the reception person told us it's not possible because they are fully booked. But the rest we are happy for everything.
