We had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou! My family spent two nights here, and the service was truly top-notch. From seamless transport arrangements to thoughtful amenities—including special items for our kids like toothpaste and slippers—they paid attention to every detail. The complimentary garden access was a particular highlight, offering a gorgeous and peaceful setting for photos. The entire team was wonderful. The talented husband-and-wife duo who run it are fantastic with children, which helped them capture our most natural and joyful moments. We were recommended this studio by a local, and it was the best choice we made! Lastly, don't miss the hidden gem we chanced upon: Fortune Burger, located opposite the hotel. If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

My stay at Jinling Hotel was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the prime Xinjiekou area, making transportation, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient – truly a fantastic location. The view from my room on the 55th floor was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Yangtze River stretching like a ribbon and the entire cityscape of Nanjing, an amazing scenic experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. The staff were warm and attentive, especially YYH, whose professional and thoughtful service truly showcased the hotel's dedication to its guests. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back again!

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay! 😍😍 The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. 👍👍 The room was spacious and beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. A pleasant surprise was the free upgrade to a room with a terrace – absolutely delighted! 🤩🤩 When I booked, only one person had breakfast included, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary second breakfast, for which I'm truly grateful. ☺️☺️ The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. What touched me most was receiving a small gift upon check-out: a beautiful, exquisite embroidered fan – I absolutely love it! 😍😍 The entire experience was warm and unforgettable, and I will definitely be back! 😄😄

Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average. I understand not being able to open windows on the 71st floor, but the room was so dry my nose bled and my throat hurt, which was very uncomfortable. They really should add a humidifier. Because it was so dry, any movement in the room stirred up a lot of dust. This isn't a problem with the cleaning staff, but rather the extreme dryness of the room. Environment: The view outside the window is indeed nice, very impressive. Service: Average 1. We booked a room type that should have been around the 66th floor, but we were upgraded to the 71st floor, which I really appreciate. 2. I booked the room through Ctrip, and Ctrip indicated that my credit was sufficient and no deposit was needed. However, at check-in, I was still required to pay an additional 1111 as a deposit, which contradicted what Ctrip said. I completely understand paying a deposit, but why was it 1111, then became 1110.98? 3. When booking, it showed complimentary welcome fruit, but we didn't receive any. I always stay in five-star hotels when traveling, and welcome fruit is always placed directly in the room; I've never had to ask for it like this. And I only remembered and asked about it on the second night, and then they told me I had to go pick it up myself. Summary: The outdoor scenery is beautiful, but the night view has too much reflection on the glass to get a good photo (I used a DJI, and even post-processing couldn't remove it). The third picture is a daytime shot from the 71st floor. Honestly, you can get great photos from the 45th floor (second video), so booking a standard room is sufficient. Especially after seeing the comparison (first video).

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

My business trip stay was absolutely perfect, a completely comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's an 8-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so even returning late feels safe. The front desk staff member was super efficient; checking my information and getting my room card took no more than 3 minutes. He also proactively offered to store my luggage and recommended some local specialty snack shops. The room was even more spacious than pictured, and the modern minimalist decor felt very high-quality. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing – despite being on a street, I couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. The bedding was as soft as clouds, and I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation, hot water was instant and powerful, and the toiletries had a very refreshing scent. The value for money is truly unbeatable; to enjoy such service and facilities at this price is incredible. I've already recommended it to my colleagues and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

I haven't been to Yangzhou for many years. Recently, I have a room package at the secluded hotel, which is quite affordable. The hotel activities are also quite good. My dad and I had a great time and rested well. The hotel's breakfast variety is quite rich, and there are cute cats to eat and drink with, hahahaha. The hotel's service response was very fast the day before yesterday. In short, it's not bad. The hotel's Hanfu photography is also very good. The sincere evaluation is not a trust. The expression and eyes captured by the brother are very good. It's not the kind of photography that forces me to pose. It leaves a beautiful picture casually and inadvertently.
