The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

Awesome place to stay! The room was so clean, the bed was so cosy and the shower had good pressured hot water. Perfect location away from the noisy streets but close to luoyang longmen grottoes scenic spot & luoyang longmen high speed railway station

We stay 2 nights and so happy staying here. Excellent location next to ancient river and like a oasis in old street, very close to Lijing Gate, old town night market and Luoyi ancient city. The ladies in hotel welcome and take care of us with warm hospitality during our stay, so thankful❣️. Two cats are the star, so beautiful and friendly. We meet the owner, a very nice person who create the charm of the place. Will definitely to stay here again if we back to visit Luoyang✨

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and travel is convenient. The hotel parking space is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, with a reasonable layout. A local five-star hotel in Xinyang, the stay is quite good, with complete facilities, clean and spacious rooms, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and a bathtub. The fruit delivered to the room is also very fresh. The hotel's swimming pool is large, up to national standards, and the service is also very good. Special praise for the hotel manager, Mr. Wang Jing, who is professional and warm. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Xinyang, I will definitely contact Manager Wang. The hotel lobby is located on the 38th floor and the hotel staffs are accommodating. The food is okay, I like the pork sausage best. It is very accessible to almost everything. It would have been better if they install bidets .☺️

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I got up early and took a walk in the hotel courtyard and saw the beautiful sunrise. Thanks to the lobby manager Hou Ning for upgrading the room type. I forgot to bring contact lens care solution and helped me find a solution. The problem was handled very quickly!

I don't like to go to crowded cities during the Golden Week, so I always come to Hebi. Hilton is the best choice for accommodation. It's right after getting off the highway, and it's also very close to the high-speed rail. The ground parking lot and underground parking lot are ample and free. It was full during the May Day holiday. Judging from the guests at breakfast, most of them were traveling with their children. The license plates at the door were from Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanxi. Seeing that we were checking in with our children, they gave us thoughtful children's toothbrushes and slippers, and gave us children's toys when we checked out. It was so thoughtful. The whole family likes to stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.
