The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, the entrance into the lobby was welcoming, classy design. The room was very comfortable, clean and love the different pillows (I get sore neck from hotel pillows most time but this hotel had the exactly pillow that I needed). I loved the gold and green theme. Services were fantastic and the hotel receptionists were helpful with the queries that I had. Location was perfect, there is a night food market just outside, super convenient and it’s not far from the major tourist attractions. The only small minor detail which the team needs to look into is the maintenance of the shower head nozzles, most of them don’t work so the water didn’t come out properly during shower. Would have been a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well. The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think. The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look. Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45. Overall, i plan to stay again.
