The standard is the top5 of the high-end hotel, but it does not feel high-end at all. The room type that spent the points upgraded, but did not feel the difference, except for the different floors, but there was no special scenery outside the window. The floor was high, but the sound of the road increased. The bedside table in the room was damaged and mottled. The light was shining and thought it was floating dust. I wiped it with paper and knew it was not dust. The sound insulation is very poor, the next room has been snoring at night, and I can hear it very clearly. But the mattress is indeed more comfortable than the average hotel. The restaurant is generally ok, the variety is more than the hotel, but not as good as the big hotel. After the rainstorm in the morning, the scenery outside the restaurant window was actually bright.

A very cozy hotel with a warm, home-like atmosphere. The view from the window is just like a postcard — absolutely breathtaking.
The location is great — only a 10-minute easy walk to the shuttle stop that takes you to the mountains.
The hotel owner is incredibly friendly and kind. Upon arrival, he upgraded me to a more spacious and comfortable room at no extra charge.
He also helped me plan the best route based on my available time and the weather conditions, and shared many interesting stories about the local history.
The rooms are clean and well-equipped (hairdryer, air conditioning, toiletries).
I had read in previous reviews about weak water pressure and unstable temperature, but everything worked perfectly for me. My room had a shower and a small bathtub.
There’s also an option to order food to the hotel, but I chose to have dinner in different spots around town — there are plenty of cafes nearby, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets.
At the end of my stay, the hotel owner arranged a transfer to the station for me, which cost five times less than a regular taxi ride.
Even after I returned home, he reached out to check if I got back safely and if everything was alright.
I’m very happy with the hotel and the quality of service.
Thank you for the warm hospitality!
Highly recommended.

Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel.
My room was very spacious and clean.
The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.

Back in my student days, all I looked for in a hotel was a clean place to crash. But with age and experience, I've slowly realized the significance of quality. There truly is a world of difference between a luxury hotel and a budget inn, isn't there?
The Langham Hefei truly embodies refinement and thoughtfulness in every aspect, from its impeccable service and state-of-the-art facilities to the premium toiletries and exquisite bedding details. Traveling with our child, the hotel thoughtfully prepared children's amenities and a special kid's room key card in advance. The European-style private garden on the ground floor is also a beautiful spot for taking photos.
On check-in day, we were instantly charmed by Ada, the enthusiastic front desk staff. She immediately set a wonderful tone for our day, not only offering thoughtful recommendations for local culinary hotspots but also meticulously pointing out the Pan Yuliang art exhibition hidden within the hotel's corridors. Strolling through it, the artistic ambiance was palpable, truly elevating the hotel's elegance.
After settling into our view room on the 37th floor, we opened our door after dinner to a breathtaking sunset over Mount Dashu. The evening glow over Swan Lake painted the sky a gentle orange-pink.
As night fell, the city lights twinkled. Sipping red wine by the window and then indulging in a hot bath, all the week's fatigue melted away in the steamy water. It was incredibly therapeutic.
The breakfast spread in the morning was fantastic and very kid-friendly, offering a wide variety of cuisines that our little one thoroughly enjoyed. I also learned that the hotel's Chinese restaurant, T'ang Court, holds Michelin stars in both Hong Kong and Shanghai – I'll definitely have to try it if I get the chance next time!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Huangshan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly cosy—equipped with everything I needed, from toiletries to bottled water. One of the highlights was the convenient and affordable transportation the hotel arranged to and from Huangshan North Railway Station. At just 35 RMB during the day and 40 RMB at night per person, it was significantly cheaper than ride-hailing options, which cost about 130 RMB at night. The service was amazing as the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the receptionist patiently explained the best route to take on the mountain and even shared helpful recommendations. I also appreciated the little touches, like being able to borrow walking sticks for free, which saved me from having to buy one. The location is excellent too—just a 10-minute walk to the Huangshan South Gate Entrance bus station, with a view of Huangshan right from the hotel. There is also a massage place and supermarket just a minute away, and the hotel has a restaurant which serves truly delicious food. Overall, this hotel made my Huangshan trip so much more comfortable and enjoyable.

This trip to Hefei was for a concert, and after scouting out a few hotels near the stadium, I ultimately chose the InterContinental. It definitely proved to be the right decision!
We landed in Hefei that morning and arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time. However, the lovely lady at the front desk was kind enough to check if any rooms were ready. Once confirmed, she patiently helped us check in. She also knew we were there for a concert and thoughtfully provided us with some gifts and raincoats – a gesture we truly appreciated, even though it didn't rain that day!
It was too hot to venture outside, so we ended up ordering a lot of takeout. Each delivery was promptly brought up to our room. We ordered quite frequently, which must have kept the staff busy, so a big thank you to everyone for their hard work!
The hotel also provides a shuttle service, though it needs to be booked in advance. We forgot to make a reservation, but thankfully, we were still able to catch a taxi in the end.
Furthermore, the staff at the Happy Hour executive lounge were outstanding. On our first day, despite our tight schedule, they were able to accommodate us with an adjusted time slot. Even though we only stayed for a brief moment, we found their thoughtfulness incredibly heartwarming!
Our room was also perfectly arranged, offering a great view of Swan Lake right outside the window. We were lucky to have fantastic weather, which made the scenery absolutely stunning!
Lastly, I want to reiterate my gratitude to all the staff for their hard work and dedication. Thank you all, and we hope to see you again on our next trip to Hefei!
Staying at the Hilton Huiting Hotel in Xiangyang Taihe, the experience is great! The rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are intelligent, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The breakfast is rich, the Taihe board noodles and freshly ground coffee are very authentic. The service team is warm and professional, Xiao Zhao at the front desk took the initiative to help upgrade the room type, and also recommended local attractions intimately. The hotel is in a good location, convenient to Bali River and Global Harbor. The gym and laundry room are free to use, and the details are full! Next time I come to Taihe, I will choose here!

The hotel reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. We were particularly touched by the front desk staff, who thoughtfully gave us two bottles of water when we checked out. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay during our trip to Hefei, and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the opportunity.
The accommodation is very close to Sanzu Zen Temple. I booked it casually online. It is indeed the most comfortable homestay I have ever lived in. The courtyard is carefully laid out and planned, making people feel like they are entering a private courtyard. The two double bed rooms I booked are comfortable and clean. The boss is warm and thoughtful. Next time I come to Qianshan, I will choose Qingranju.

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Perfect
LLiulangdehaixingFacilities: Very complete, good projection, the room decoration style is simple and stylish, very comfortable to look at.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, bedding is clean and comfortable
Environment: Surrounded by mountains and water, although it is on the roadside, it is very quiet to sleep and not noisy at all.
Service: The boss's service is very good. He provides free pick-up and drop-off at the scenic spot station and free drop-off at the town. He enthusiastically and carefully explains the Huangshan tour route and makes suggestions. With the boss's suggestions, we successfully visited the scenic spot during off-peak hours. Thank you very much.
In addition, the noodles for breakfast are very delicious 😄
LLaotanshancaixThe accommodation environment is very good. The room is large and clean. The facilities are all new. The check-in experience is particularly good. We live on the third floor. There is no elevator in the B&B. The owner is very enthusiastic to help us move our luggage. The service is super good!
The owner is very nice. The driver of the carpool from Hongcun to Tangkou did not send us to the door of the B&B. The owner came to pick us up. He also sent us to the entrance of Huangshan at 5 o'clock the next day. The boss really worked hard. The driver from Huangshan to the high-speed rail station was also contacted by the boss. He is really responsible
We had dinner at the B&B. All five dishes were delicious and the price was very affordable. I was very satisfied
The scenery in front of the B&B is very good and it looks good for taking pictures
AAnonymous UserI was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price.
Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good.
Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room.
The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself.
I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint.
There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets.
Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.

LLele I-AmThe stay was simply exceptional. Not only for the facilities, which were really comparable with modern 4 star hotels, but especially for the exceptional service. Every need was taken care of and the staff went beyond lengths. We made the right choice and gladly return again. Perfect for the old street, the mountain and the old village. Excellent breakfast as well.
GGuest UserHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.
GGuest UserThis stay really exceeded my expectations! I booked this place after seeing the recommendation in a book before the holiday. Through communication, I felt that the boss was very nice. He would patiently help me read the guide and give thoughtful suggestions on attractions and meals. The homestay is quiet and comfortable, the room is exquisitely decorated and warm, the bedding is soft and clean, and it is so comfortable to sleep~ The landlady is warm and thoughtful, and prepared local specialty snacks for us. The meals cooked at home are also very delicious, especially the fried meat with fresh bamboo shoots, which is super delicious. We also provided pick-up and drop-off services for our mountain climbing the next day. In the evening, we wanted to buy things at the entrance of the scenic spot. In order not to let us get scammed, we drove ourselves to take a detour to buy. When we left, we also took us to a delicious restaurant where locals go. The female boss really paid full marks for details. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to Huangshan to relax. I will definitely come again on my next trip❤️
GGuest UserLocation = Great location. It is at Tangkouzhen. The hotel itself has a restaurant within its premise. There are mini markets nearby for you to stock up on snacks and other food stuff and beverage. It is about 30 minutes bus ride to Huangshan.
Cleanliness = Excellent. Everything is in order. It has a smart system where the drapes are opened and shut with a touch of a button. The rooms are spacious and everything you need in a room is there and there was not once we need to call the helpdesk. Service = Excellent. There is a manager who is very hospitable that gave us a lot of information on the food and weather and the preparation for the Huangshan trip. There is also a tour agent who helped to arrange for the transportation to and from Huangshan which is also very helpful and patient. Facilities = Excellent. There is a laundry room with dryer without additional charge. There is a massage service available in case you need it after Huangshan hike. The restaurant's food is tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful in helping us to book the transport to Tunxi and back. There were 5 of us so, if we used the taxi we would need to book 2 but they suggested and helped us to get a 7-seater. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.
