Barbaque lovers, this is the ideal place! The Staff welcomes us in his butcher shop and just at the bottom, behind the curtain, a corner of the restaurant is being drawn to enjoy the quality of meat and French-style knowledge!
Several possibilities are available to us to enter the card game but after a nice board of mouths, we decided to let the owner take it by hand in order to choose directly at the butcher shop a nice pork chop and a Tbone To share!
The concept is brilliant. A speakeasy for foodies. What can be wrong with that? Not a single thing. Seated in the back of this innocent looking butchers shop we waited our turn to tour the meat and choose our cut and size to feed our table. We all agreed in the same cut other than one who humbly chose an appropriately sized dinner while we took on the caveman role
But the price for entrecôte is around 108 EUR/kg. This includes all the complementary sides and sauces. Which is nice. The selection of wines seems very nice.
Sourcing and quality of products is a priority. in the house and the way the boss talks to us, we can immediately feel the closeness with the producers!
