French Bakery Delight: La Panifacture in Paris

🇫🇷 Paris, France 🥖 La Panifacture Last week, I went on a 3-night, 4-day trip to Paris, France. During my stay, I explored various bakeries and visited La Panifacture, a popular spot among the younger generation in Paris. Known for its Pain Swiss, I decided to try it out. Each Pain Swiss costs €3.50. Pain Swiss is a French pastry filled with smooth, sweet custard cream and chocolate chips. At La Panifacture, the Pain Swiss looked incredibly appetizing even before tasting, with its glossy surface and perfectly layered texture. Taking the first bite, the crispy and flaky pastry delighted my senses—sight, sound, and taste. The custard cream inside was not overly sweet, harmonizing beautifully with the chocolate chips. It was truly a delicious Pain Swiss. Besides Pain Swiss, La Panifacture offers a variety of baked goods, including sourdough bread, loaf bread, and apple pie.
