Ingredients are delivered directly from the producers, and they are particular about valuing fresh ingredients and the feelings of the makers, and are committed to not compromising.

The oysters we compared were from Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, Aioi, Hyogo Prefecture, Aki, Hiroshima Prefecture, Yoshitomi, Fukuoka Prefecture, and Kujukushima, Nagasaki Prefecture. Each had its own unique characteristics, and we enjoyed the differences in texture and flavor.
This time, I tried the restaurant's most popular course, and I was surprised at how filling, luxurious the ingredients were, and how delicious and reasonably priced it was. They also have a wide variety of drinks, and they will suggest drinks that go well with the food.
