Guizhou·Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Zhenyuan County·Qinglongdong Ancient Architecture Group The Qinglongdong Ancient Architecture Group was built in the 21st year of the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1388), and has a history of more than 600 years. It has been destroyed by soldiers and fire several times, and has been repaired several times. According to historical records, during the Ming Hongwu period more than 600 years ago, this place had already formed a scale comparable to the existing architectural group. "Ming Junshou Huang Xiying built, Gongbu Langzhong Zhao Zhixu bought the scriptures, and built a multi-storey building to store it." During the Ming Jiajing period, not only a large number of temples were added here, but also palace and academy buildings were added. Later, many of them were expanded and rebuilt. During the Yongqian period, there were also commercial guild buildings and theater buildings such as the Wanshou Palace. These ancient buildings are located between the cliffs on the Wuyang River in Zhenyuan and the cliffs on the top of the mountain. They have adopted various techniques such as "hanging", "borrowing", "attaching", "inlaying", "building", etc., and they have built a group of pavilions and caves such as Zhongyuan Cave, Ziyang Cave, Qinglong Cave, and Wanshou Palace on a cliff. It is known as the "Southern Hanging Temple". Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism are integrated here, living in harmony, and the three religions are unified. Moreover, the architecture of Qinglongdong cleverly combines the Central Plains architecture with the Miao and Dong stilted buildings. The entire Qinglongdong is full of fusion beauty. It integrates Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, guild halls, bridges and Yidao architectural culture.
