I bet a pack of spicy strips you've never seen such a complete Sanqing Mountain guide! 🌄 🗺️【Map and Tickets】 Scenic area ticket: 120 RMB Map: 3 RMB each (It's recommended to pause and screenshot, saving a bit is always good!) 🚠【Ways to Go Up the Mountain】 The scenic area has two gates: north and south. ▪️ North Gate Jinsha Entrance: cable car only ▪️ South Gate Wai Shuangxi: cable car or walking Cable car round trip: 125 RMB 👣【Recommended Routes】 ➤ Moderate stamina version: See the Python Coming Out of the Mountain → Climb to Yuhuang Peak → Descend along Fushou Gate → Climb up to Yixiantian → Pass the Eastern Goddess and return to the cable car station ➤ High stamina version: From Yuhuang Peak towards Golden Coast → Loop back via West Coast (about 4 km longer, mostly flat boardwalk) 📍【Attraction Check-ins】 ▪️ Walk 2 km after the cable car → Python Coming Out of the Mountain ▪️ Climb a steep slope for 10 minutes → Duxiu Peak ▪️ Descend the steps → Yuhuang Peak (elevation 1500+m) ⚠️ Note: The mountain area is often foggy, be sure to check the weather forecast before your trip! 🏞️【Scenic Experience】 ▫️ Golden Coast: 2 km flat boardwalk, magnificent sea of clouds ▫️ West Coast: 1700 m, higher chance of sea of clouds ▫️ Sanqing Mountain features: bizarre rock formations, deep ravines, a photographer’s paradise 💡【Tips】 ✅ Many forks in the road, be sure to follow the signposts (which show distances) ✅ The section from Yixiantian to Yutai Road is very steep, you can take a sedan chair ✅ Mountain shops are expensive, it’s recommended to bring your own food ✅ Sanqing Palace is far away and less visited by tourists 🌅 It’s okay to leave some regrets, come back next time to encounter the true appearance of the Eastern Goddess and the giant python coming out of the mountain!
