📍Jingting Mountain⛰️ Li Bai once wrote 'A sight to never tire of, is Jingting Mountain alone', and thus I came to 'Jingting Mountain' in Xuancheng, Anhui! 1⃣️Introduction Jingting Mountain is part of the Huangshan mountain range, with a southwest-northeast orientation. It consists of 60 peaks, among which the three main peaks are Yi Peak, Jing Peak, and Cuiyun Peak, with the highest Cuiyun Peak reaching an elevation of 324.1 meters! 2⃣️Story Li Bai was a great poet of the Tang dynasty, and his poem 'Sitting Alone on Jingting Mountain' contains his deep affection for Jingting Mountain. The line 'A sight to never tire of, is Jingting Mountain alone' from the poem symbolizes the resting place of his soul and reflects his search for spiritual solace and emotional sustenance in nature. Princess Yuzhen was an important figure in Li Bai's life. She had profound feelings for him and even chose to abandon everything to practice Taoism alone on Jingting Mountain, following Li Bai's fate, when he faced difficulties. After Li Bai was 'given gold and released' by Emperor Xuanzong, Princess Yuzhen gave up all worldly attachments for him, a sentiment that is deeply moving. In his later years, Li Bai chose to settle in Dangtu County at the foot of Jingting Mountain, and Princess Yuzhen also practiced there. Many historical sites are concentrated in the Twin Pagodas area and the Sitting Alone Pavilion area, including the mountain gate archway, the ancient Zhao Pavilion tea house, the Green Snow tea house, the Taibai Sitting Alone Pavilion, the Huaiying Pavilion, and the Huanggu Spring water pavilion and song stage. The Buddhist Zen temple Guangjiao Temple is also located within the scenic area!
