InterContinental Xi'an Hi-Tech Zone | The perfect choice for non-tourist travelers 🫡 Having been to Xi'an many times, I'm not enthusiastic about the attractions. Initially, I planned to choose a relatively new place, so I was torn between the JW Marriott Xi'an and the InterContinental Hi-Tech Zone. However, since I booked the hotel on the day I arrived at the Xi'an high-speed train station, the panoramic room I wanted at the JW Marriott Xi'an had already been booked, so I chose the InterContinental Hi-Tech Zone. Actually, there were some minor imperfections during the check-in, but they were resolved well in the end. The suite this time was also relatively impressive, with a large space that completely separated the area for eating takeout and sleeping. There was also a floor-to-ceiling bathtub. The suite also had a Dyson hair dryer. Relatively speaking, the most anticipated part of staying at a hotel for me is the hotel's buffet breakfast. Of course, it didn't disappoint. It combined some local specialties, such as Chinese hamburgers and spicy soup. It also offered many daily items. What was pleasantly surprising was that their pastries also included bread pudding. The last time I had this was at the St. Regis Chengdu. It's a dessert that I really like, but it was already empty when I went to eat it the next morning!!
