I'll stay at this hotel next time I visit Xi'an. It's good and not expensive!!!

The service is naturally good, basically there is nothing to pick on, but it's not amazing, it's average among Ritz-Carltons. The lounge and front desk service is particularly high, especially Chris, who is responsive, professional and enthusiastic. The few flaws are the teppanyaki restaurant's aunt who completely ignores people and the concierge who sometimes lacks a position. The hotel lobby is still luxuriously decorated, combined with Xi'an's profound historical and cultural heritage. The walls are hung with various pine and bamboo related artworks and decorations. The room style is different from other RCs, the main color of log color and light purple is more fresh and elegant. As the largest executive lounge in Asia, the decoration is also very comfortable and luxurious. I was very lucky this time, I checked in on the first day of the lounge reopening, and I also experienced five meals a day. Maybe it's the first day of recovery, I feel that the food is not satisfactory, there are many appetizers and hot dishes, but the taste is mediocre. Even the dishes made by the chef are all staple foods such as noodles and curry rice, not steak and other meats, which is a bit disappointing. Afternoon tea is also mediocre except for freshly baked scones, which are too sweet. But the lounge price is also much cheaper, so you can't ask for too much. Breakfast is served in the Fresh Restaurant. There are a lot of people, but there will always be a suitable position. Breakfast is the same as other RCs, there are many types and they are delicious. The oil-splashed noodles at the noodle stall are particularly delicious, the chili is particularly fragrant, highly recommended, I ate two bowls directly. The service is above average, there is no particularly surprising feeling.
