Sushiro's price and quality

This is a new sushi restaurant that opened in Tuen Mun Village Shopping Centre, but it has a low price-performance ratio and is actually a copycat version of Sushiro. 📍Location: Get off at Anding Light Rail Station and arrive in one minute. 🏠Environment: Simple decoration, wooden booths, it feels a bit like the layout of Sushiro. 🤵🏻Service: Order via tablet, but the location is fixed, not as good as Sushiro where you can take it out, and you will be charged an extra one. 🍽️Lunch: Set menu available. 🥢Japanese style beef udon $58 The portion my friend ordered was a little small, the soup was clear as water, and the best part was the corn. 🥢Japanese barbecued pork udon $58 My friend ordered some barbecued pork, which was as big as a palm, thick and crispy. It was more delicious than beef. 🥢Pork cartilage udon $60 This is what I ordered. The pork cartilage is quite soft and chewy, but the portion is a bit small. I was only just about 80% full. 🥢Salmon roe rice $90 The salmon my friend ordered looked fresh.
