The owner spends his days roasting and brewing coffee in the mountains, living a secluded lifestyle. The coffee is lightly roasted but lacks any bitterness. It has a lemon aroma at the forefront, followed by a nutty sweetness with a sugary aftertaste—truly exceptional. When brewing the coffee beans at home, it's recommended to double the amount of beans, add ice cubes to enhance the layers, and enjoy the distinct floral and fruity notes. This refreshing summer blend is perfect for the season.
