【Tokyo】Tangible Cultural Property "One Hundred Stages"

I went to the "Hyakudan Staircase" located in Hotel Gajoen Tokyo in Meguro, Tokyo! The "Hyakudan Staircase" was the third building of "Meguro Gajoen" before it was renamed "Hotel Gajoen Tokyo". It is the only wooden building remaining in "Hotel Gajoen Tokyo" built in 1935. The seven rooms designed by artists on the side of the long staircase are a must-see! It was registered as a tangible cultural property of the country in 2001, and as a tangible cultural property of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 2009.
