Miso Ramen Specialty Shop 'Itoi' in Tokyo Ramen Yokocho at Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit

Craving rich miso ramen, I headed to this shop located in the underground shopping area near Yaesu North Exit, known as Yaechika. One of the highlights here is the generous free topping of bean sprouts. The seating is limited to counter seats only. On a weekday evening, I found an empty seat and got in quickly, but shortly after I entered, the place was completely full! I ordered the classic miso ramen in regular size. The bowl was impressively large. The flavor was quite rich, but with a water tap at the seat, you can drink as much cold water as you need without any worries! This miso ramen features medium-thick noodles and a white miso-based soup. The tender, melt-in-your-mouth chashu and chunks of minced meat were absolutely delicious. The crispy, generously portioned bean sprouts helped ease any guilt from indulging. It was a satisfying bowl of ramen. Thank you for the meal!
