Here are some of the places I visited: 1. Kitsuneya Address: 4-9-12 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0045 Highlights: Famous for its hormone rice bowl, popular among international tourists. Review: Affordable prices under 1000 yen. The rich flavor of the hormone pairs perfectly with rice. The bold taste makes it even better with a bottle of beer. 2. Tsukiji Croquette Address: 4-13-9 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0045 Highlights: Must-try! Mentaiko Monjayaki Croquette. Review: Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside with a monjayaki-like texture. The mentaiko sauce enhances the monjayaki flavor without any fishy aftertaste. 3. Tsukiji Yamacho Address: 4-10-10 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0045 Highlights: Enjoy fluffy tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet). Review: You can watch them cook the tamagoyaki in a frying pan. Sweet and fluffy, it's absolutely delicious. You can also compare it with tamagoyaki from Tsukiji Marutake, run by Terry Ito's family, located nearby. I tried many other places, and every dish was amazing. I highly recommend exploring the market and sampling the food from shops that catch your eye.
