Take a stroll along the Ooyokogawa Promenade to enjoy the cherry blossoms.

Located on the east side of Kiba Park in Koto Ward, Ooyokogawa has a promenade along both sides of the river, lined with many Kawazu cherry trees and other early-blooming cherry blossoms. When I visited around 7 a.m. this morning, many of the trees were in their prime viewing stage, with some even sprouting a few green leaves. Despite the cloudy weather, you can still capture the beautiful reflection of the cherry blossoms on the water. It was likely due to it being a weekday and early in the morning that there were almost no tourists, only office workers and students. If you want to avoid the crowds, it's best to visit on a weekday morning. There are not many spots in Tokyo with a large number of Kawazu cherry trees, so if you're looking to see many early-blooming cherry blossoms at once, I recommend visiting the Ooyokogawa Promenade.
