Toyama Park in Tokyo

#thingstodo Large, scenic, dog-friendly park(leash required). I walk my dog here several times a week, both day and night. There is also a ~1.1 km walking/jogging circuit that's marked around the edges of the park(I think the 1/10 km markers are perhaps a little unevenly spaced). Many play areas for kids. Lots of trees and shade around the outside, and a big open central field in the middle. No gates, open 24 hours, though some paths may be poorly lit very late at night.
