Japan—Hibiya Park, a mix of red leaves and ginkgo

In December's winter, each day is colder than the last, but most of the chill is concentrated at the fingertips. As long as there is sunshine on a clear day, even if you are strolling leisurely in the park, you can feel a slight warmth. Hibiya Park is located in Chiyoda, Tokyo. It's not small in size, surrounded by high-rise buildings, bustling with traffic, it's quite lively. Maybe I was lucky this time to catch a performance in the park. A man was singing passionately with the accompaniment of an instrument, his voice greatly overshadowing the surrounding noise. Listening to the song while enjoying the scenery is indeed a rare pleasure. I came for the red leaves, but I didn't expect to see them as soon as I came out of Hibiya Station. But that's how red leaves are, nothing particularly stunning. However, the further in I walked, the more delighted I was. The ginkgo that had not yet withered, the maple leaves that had already turned red, along with various evergreen plants, decorated the park in a riot of colors. The passing tourists, the old men with cameras, added a bit of liveliness to the park. Of course, it's not necessary to make a special trip for this park. The main purpose today is to start from this park and go to Hamarikyu Gardens. Why not enjoy more beautiful scenery in one day?
