The noodles are very good and fresh Hakata thin noodles, with a taste similar to Suzhou-style soup noodles. 🍜There are five levels of hardness to choose from: soft noodles, normal noodles, hard noodles, the kind that you can pick up right after throwing them in, and raw noodles. I personally recommend raw noodles! In order to ensure that the noodles maintain a certain hardness until they are finished and do not clumped at the bottom of the bowl, the first serving of noodles will be very small, but you can refill it at a very cheap price. The main focus is on small amounts and multiple times, and you can choose the hardness again when refilling.
