A Vintage-Style Gem on Dihua Street

I visited Otaru Café, a charming spot with a vintage vibe that perfectly matches the historic Dihua Street in Taipei! It’s the perfect place to enjoy coffee while gazing down Dihua Street. We sat on the terrace with a gentle breeze, sipping our coffee and people-watching — it was such a lovely experience 😊 Many cafés in Taiwan close early, so be sure to check the opening hours before you go! We arrived close to closing time, so they served our drinks in disposable cups, which was a bit of a letdown 🥲 The basic coffee was delicious, and the latte was rich and smooth with no acidity – just the kind of flavor I love! I also ordered a bubble tea, but it wasn’t made with brown sugar, so it had a slightly bitter taste. Since I prefer sweeter drinks, it wasn’t my favorite.
