Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and embrace nature on the banks of the Yangtze River

I've always dreamed of a real outdoor adventure, a place where I can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse myself in nature. When I first heard about the Yangtze River Forest Adventure Park, I hoped it was the place I was looking for. After a half-hour drive from Taicang Railway Station, I arrived at the Yangtze River Forest Adventure Park. As soon as I got out of the car, the fresh air and the trees all around me made me feel relaxed and happy. My first activity was a forest hike. I walked along the winding path, surrounded by towering trees, shrubs, and wild grass. The sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows on the path. We stopped from time to time to listen to the birds singing. The next day, I got up early to go birdwatching. The Yangtze River Forest is home to many rare birds. I brought my camera, hoping to capture these beautiful creatures. Fortunately, I managed to photograph some herons, egrets, and some rare forest birds, which made me very excited. In the afternoon, I fed the sika deer. It was very satisfying to observe the deer up close. Then I went to the Wheat Field Cafe, ordered a cup of coffee, put on my headphones, played some familiar music, and enjoyed the pastoral scenery outside the window. I forgot about the hustle and bustle of city life for a while and felt like my soul had left my body. On the third day, I challenged myself by participating in rock climbing and rappelling. Under the guidance of a professional coach, I successfully climbed the steep rock wall and experienced the thrill of rappelling from a height. The feeling of overcoming myself and challenging my limits was unforgettable. In the evening, we went on a night adventure. With only a faint headlamp to guide us, we walked through the forest and experienced a completely different forest ecosystem from the daytime. The forest at night was more mysterious, and we heard the calls of various animals and were lucky enough to see some nocturnal animals. During my time at the Yangtze River Forest Adventure Park, I not only experienced the thrill of adventure but also deeply appreciated the magnificence of nature and the diversity of life. This is a perfect place to relax, return to nature, and experience adventure.
