Yanshan Garden

According to the Classic of Mountains and Seas, the emperor drove to Yanshan, recorded the names of the places on the stones of Yanshan, and planted locust trees, calling it the mountain of the Queen Mother of the West. Yanshan Garden is named after the Classic of Mountains and Seas. It was originally the site of Haining Temple in the Southern Song Dynasty and was developed into a private garden by Wang Shizhen, a politician and writer of the Ming Dynasty. The garden has the relics of the Song Dynasty's Huashigang, Wanghaifeng, Tonghai Spring, which was excavated during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, a large iron cauldron from the Yuan Dynasty, and Miao Pavilion.
