Stavanger is located on the Stavanger Peninsula in southwestern Norway, situated on the Boknafjord on Norway's west coast. It is the administrative centre of Rogaland county. Stavanger has many attractions worth visiting. Here are some of the main ones: Natural Landscapes - Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock): A natural rock formation in Lysefjord with a vertical drop of 604 meters.
