You can choose your noodles, and we opted for the dry version, enjoying it tsukemen-style, where we dipped the noodles into the thick, flavorful broth that had been simmered for a whopping 14 hours. The result? Super shiok! What really impressed us was the freshness and generosity of the ingredients. The prawn paste and spare ribs were standout components, delivering rich, savory flavors. The offal — heart, liver, kidney, and intestines — was incredibly clean-tasting and well-prepared, with none of the overly funky or strong flavors you might expect. This bowl is the perfect comfort food when you're craving something hearty, bold, and full of variety.
