Pullman Singapore Hill Street

#boutiquehotels This hotel has great potential, but there are a couple of points here and there which in my mind makes it *just* short of 5 star. Breakfast is decent, only the standard selection and could do with a bit more variety. They do not deliver Grab orders to the rooms so you must collect it from G/F concierge yourself. Front desk is friendly but understaffed, I find this tends to be the case with other Pullmans too (especially Orchard which gets quite busy). Not such a problem for check in but do be aware of this when checking out if you are in a hurry.overall awesome
