During my trip to Yamaguchi, I visited Shimonoseki and stumbled upon a set meal restaurant offering an incredibly great deal for lunch❣️ Unbelievably, they offer unlimited refills of rice cooked with natural spring water and a daily soup😳 The soup of the day was a collagen-rich "Sea Bream Salt Broth." Its gentle and refined flavor truly warms the soul… Additionally, you could enjoy as much of their restaurant-quality "Salted Squid Yakisoba" as you wanted❣️ It was absolutely delicious♡ On top of that, they even included a complimentary side dish, "Kintaro Sweet Simmered Fish" 🐟 To enjoy such authentic flavors at such a reasonable price—what a wonderful experience! ▶︎ Mixed Tempura Bowl with Jumbo Shrimp & Large Oysters… ¥2,000 ────────────────── The freshly fried, crispy tempura soaked in a sweet-savory sauce was piled high❣️ I was torn between the Shrimp Tempura Bowl and the Oyster Tempura Bowl (each ¥1,500), but the incredibly kind owner accommodated my request for a mixed version of both. How amazing is that?
